He did not figure out the problem, he has me sign off on paper work that he was there. He then has me talk to someone on the phone in Florida who was yelling at me for payment. I told him that you already have my credit card, and now my problem is worse than what it was to begin with. The next day I had figured out the problem myself so when he came back I told him I did not need him. He said ok but you need to pay me in cash because I am an independent contractor. Now the guy who I spoke to on the phone has been calling and threatening me and the staff. They finally sent an invoice that said the job was done even though it was not and it had hardly no business information. They told me that I needed to completely rebuild and over haul my system even though I was able to fix it on my own. He now says that he is sending me to collections and texted me that he is going to call the police for non payment to him.
Description of Work: I called for tech support who was here from noon to 6:00.
