I am so happy i went with Oral and his team for my house renovations. They went above and beyond on my kitchen and bathrooms! We bought a 1967 home and they completely transformed it to look BRAND NEW!! Oral’s attention to detail was spectacular. Oral and team’s communication was outstanding! They kept me updated every step of the way! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and can’t recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic!!!! Z&O Construction did an EXCELLENT job renovating our tiny upstairs bathroom. This is the second time we've used the company and received the same customer service. The project was not easy, as it involved knocking down a wall and working around radiator heating. Z&O managed it all brilliantly. The company is incredibly responsive, cost-effective, and able to meet a short deadline. As you can see in the pictures, the result is stunning. Highly recommend Z&O for your bathroom and kitchen renovations. No hidden costs, impeccable service, and a knowledgeable crew. They are very generous with time to ensure they design the space you want.

Oral was very responsive to our questions and able to schedule us quickly to replace the drywall in our powder room and install a new door/door frame. The job only took two days and his team was very thorough. For a competitive estimate and quick turnaround, I would definitely reach out to them!

An excellent crew showed up exactly as promised, and did all of the work, while being respectful of our property. Oral Aydogdu, the owner, was often on the premises, checking the progress and keeping us informed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in having a deck installed.

After a few estimates I got I went with Z & O Construction and was the best choice, best price and best time frame plus they changed the whole bathroom and others had the prices much higher and for only replacing the tub. Oral and his team were excellent and a pleasure to work with. His team were very nice and professional. They arrived every day on time and worked all day and each time they left everything organized and clean and ready for the next day. I was amazing how fast and well done job they did. Oral was constantly communicating with me giving me updates and when they’re completing the bathroom. We did a final check and they did a fantastic job. I totally recommend them to everyone!

Very easy to go and friendly service. My husband was the more relaxed person in the process and I was the more fine tuning customer. Oral and his team would answer both our texts, phone calls, emails, and questions. We wanted our kitchen redone under a certain budget amount while expanding it and arranging the dishwasher. The concept renderings were nicely done and changes made to things I liked and didn't like. As customers though we weren't super fussy (at least I like to think so) and settled on white cabinets with a white/grey backsplash and white/grey counter....which seems to be the 'in' style. Picking out the cabinets and countertop was easily done at their warehouse in Alexandria, same with the back splash tiles. It was hard to imagine was it would be like when finished, but we are more than thrilled with the end result. We went from a super cramped 1980's kitchen layout to a bigger, more streamlined kitchen.

Truly the best contractor we have ever worked with! Does what he says, on time, very fair pricing, friendly staff who work well together. I trust them to do any project.

Projected was completed timely and very attractive results. Installed and painted spiral staircase as part of project. Workers were professional and very considerate (went through townhouse to get to deck site but masked) and cleared up at end of day. Corrected any punch list items quickly. During pandemic constraints: submitted Fairfax County permit application, worked with County e-inspections and ensured required stages approved and permit finalized. Another neighbor contracted with them for new upper deck and spiral staircase based on results.

Oral and his crew finished this extensive renovation on schedule and within budget. Gutted and replaced kitchen, new finished basement and vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. Did good work. Oral got us some really good deals on materials, especially the quartz countertops. We ended up using quartz as our countertops and as a backsplash in our new kitchen because the price was too good. He submitted all the proper paperwork to Fairfax County and worked with the inspectors. Oral as the project manager coordinates everything we needed to get the job done within budget. He came up with creative solutions to issues that come when you have a house 50 years old. He knows his stuff and really tries hard to please. We are going to be using him again in the future! His prices are good.

I can't say enough good things about Z&O and Oral. His crew was on time everyday, worked diligently all day and cleaned up each night (which I found amazing given the dust was outside and they were coming back the next day). Oral is so responsive and accommodating. His prices were extremely fair, and the dedication to customer satisfaction is very high.
