"After reading your review, I pulled and printed your paperwork from your visit in early January 2014. We pride ourselves in our customer service and I am sorry you felt you were mistreated in any way. All of our customers are treated equally regardless of age, race, gender, etc.. You are correct that we do provide a no charge vehicle courtesy check to all of our customers who have left their vehicle for service. We do this for free in order to provide our customers with report card of sorts for safety and maintenance related issues with their vehicle. In looking at the paperwork provided to you, we charged you $20 for the tire repair and an additional $40 to tighten the clamps on the power steering return hose which was leaking and clean the area where the fluid was leaking. Based on the mileage of the vehicle and the condition of some of the fluids, we did recommend some work for your vehicle. However, the recommended work estimate was no where near the $4000 you indicated in your review. The total amount of the recommended work given to you was $1160.28 tax included. We did tell you your tires were starting to dry rot and crack along the sidewall and in the tread of the tire. There is a note on the printed estimate of work that states this along with also stating there was a little tread left on the tires and that you should consider replacing them. As with any of our customers we would gladly walk you or them through any recommended work and show you exactly what we would be replacing and why it needed to be replaced. Again, I sincerely apologize if you left here feeling mistreated and with ill feelings. We never want that to happen. I also hope you will reconsider your decision to not use us and if you do come back and I(Brian) personally as one of the owners would be happy to walk you through anything with your vehicle and answer any questions you may have."
