After checking with professional audiologists, reviews, other customers, I purchased hearing aids from COSTCO and have been totally satisfied.
Contrary to some ill-informed beliefs, COSTCO sells top brands for less than half the price charged by most audiologists. COSTCO provides a 90 day warranty, for return or exchange without any restocking fee, and lifetime service for units purchased.
COSTCO Arlington has a trained, certified audiologist on staff, Helen Khan, who can give full hearing tests, advise on types of hearing aids, make continuing adjustments as necessary, and generally provides great advice and support.
I purchased their signature store brand first, lowest cost at less that $2000, and then decided to upgrade to a Bernafon set with remote, Bluetooth mobile phone, TV, Theater connectivity... amazing... Swap was no problem.
My Bernafon units needed servicing, however, which was done at no charge.. sent back to company for testing and repair. Meanwhile COSTCO provided a 'loaner pair' at no charge while service was being done.
And they provide support, service at any COSTCO across the country, if you're moving or traveling.

It went well. I went there for the tires.

Have good prices but have to purchase in large quanities . There is no help in finding items. Have good buys.

I'm glad I went to Costco for my tires instead of the Honda Dealership where I would've paid about $200 more. I didn't check many other tire places because I already trust Costco and they did an excellent job. I just dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked it up after work. They had already completed the tire change on my CR-V within 1.5 hours. Great experience.

It was good because we got in and out of there quickly.

They fitted me for them. They were helpful and nice. They were very honest.

Prior to arriving at the store, I researched tire quality on Consumer Reports, and I checked the Costco website to see if they carried the recommended brand in their store. I arrived at Costco and was informed that the process would take approximately 1.5 hours. I was also informed that they didn't have my brand in stock, but they would be willing to order it. The tire rep mentioned that he had another tire brand of comparable quality in stock and that they were currently discounted due to a Costco promotion. The brand was also recommended by Consumer reports, so I bought them instead. I was pleased with the price ($70 off my entire purchase); in addition, I have also been very pleased with the customer service. Costco's tire program entitles you to "nitrogen" refills, air pressure checks, and regular tire rotation at no additional cost. Unfortunately, you cannot make an appointment for tire maintenance, and the average wait time on the weekends is 2 hours. I will definitely purchase my tires from Costco again.

We were very satisfied with the service and the price. We've already taken it back to get the pressure adjusted and they rotated the tires for us too. You can take you car in any time and they will refill the air.

I liked the price. They didn't really do any cleaning up of the tapes. If you want just the basic transfer it's very good, but if you have poor quality tapes that you want cleaned up or fixed, they will explain things that are broken but they don't do anything fancy.

I appreciated their honesty. He was on time and did a great job.

The price was quite reasonable. I had called for a price comparison and they had a very good price. My daughter took the car. It was frustrating because we had called ahead and when she took it over there, they only had two of the tires and not four. They told us they had the tires. She had to go to another Costco, which had four tires. We eventually got them done. That was the only frustration. Other than that we were pleased with the quality of the work and the tires. We would use them again.

They were very responsive and they answered all my questions. They seemed to be concerned about the job. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They put the car tires on while I shopped which made it very nice. It cost me $260. It was a necessity and I got it done. It was done before I shopped. It was efficient; I was there to get a job done and they got it done. I don't know about the price but I guess I got good tires. I got the ones that fit my car that they recommended. I have a trust level at Costco; so I assume they were quality tires.

Excellent price, very good service and customer treatment. The only caveat is to go there EARLY... I mean, early... I was there ten minutes before the store opened and there were probably 15 customers ahead of me already. They use nitrogen in their tires which supposedly saves gas. As well, they have free tire rotation. No gimmicks or tricks. Solid service.

Nothing stood out it was ordinary. It is pretty busy. The staff was okay. The price is right. It is the major determining factor.

They were good. The doctor was personable. It was a one-man show. I just had a walk-in appointment and they saw me fairly quickly. I would prefer to have an appointment. I have a stigmatism and he worked with me to find the right prescription. I will continue to see them.
