I had a major water leak under my kitchen sink. Cherry Blossom Plumbing was very prompt in coming to the house, the matter was addressed expertly and efficiently and Johnny was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Stay away, they destroyed my home and left it in worse shape than before they came. They try to upsell you and stay away from the membership. Trust me do not use them.

They replaced a pump in our bathroom under our sink. While the price was good, and the pump replacement works, the surrounding customer care and quality left a bit to be desired: (1) They did not put on booties on their shoes when they came into our home. (2) They cut the floors of our custom cabinets because the replacement pump was wider than the original. After they cut, they realized it was the wrong size pump height-wise, too, so they had to switch to a different pump. The new pump had the same diameter as the original pump. If they had measured properly to start, they would not have had to cut our cabinets. Now we have less usable space in there than before. (3) When I asked how they were going to fix the problem, the plumber claimed he was "just a plumber". Later, he told me that the company would call me the following week with a solution after they talked with their team. They never called me back. (4) The next morning, I found a rusty nail and sawdust in my shower. Clearly, the plumber must have stored some of the pieces there while he was working, but he never cleaned it up fully (i.e, wiped it down). (5) I also found a wadded up ball of used grout in the corner of the bathroom. So clearly, this plumber, who represented his company, had competence but not the highest scores for character.

It was great. I got a call in about 5 minutes and the plumber was here in 30 minutes. They were very transparent and didn't pressure me to buy anything.
