He turned up and did estimate as arranged. He telephoned when he said he would. He`turned up and did the repair in a satisfactory manner at the appointed time. A refreshing change to have someone do what they said they would at the agreed time.

I should have gotten other quotes for the small repair job on our home. G&G Services quoted $495 and after I suggested that it appeared high, I was offered a quote of $395 within ten seconds to which I agreed. That quick negotiation should have been a warning to me about the service price being too high in the first place. A week later the job was done in a matter of 20 minutes. Not bad, that's an hourly rate of over $1,000!!! What all of this means is that I am an uneducated consumer depending upon the reasonableness and ethics of the service provider community.
