Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services.

Technician was very honest saying we didn't have a leaking shower head, it was just slow to drain. He was very professional and informative for other recommendations on plumbing improvements.

A large area 4 feet deep dug by my husband revealed a broken sewer pipe. The first Michael and Sons contact called us at 11:45PM and showed up at 12:15AM. No typo. We were told the broken sewer pipe would be fixed the next day and a camera would be run in the pipe to clear out rocks and debris in the pipe. An estimator showed up at 6:30 PM with no workers. The next day the workers came and replaced an elbow and a 4 foot piece of plastic pipe then covered the hole with some gravel that they brought and dirt that my husband had purchased. No camera, no pipe cleaning. That person did not show up. We called another plumber the following day who ran the camera and completed the job. The price tag was $6849.00 from Michael and Sons. The second plumber said the price was outrageous especially since the hole was already dug. Live and learn.

They were quick and on time. They figured out the problem and made suggestions on how to repair so that it will prevent future issues.

Not all plumbers from this company are experienced. In my case, I have to call the company to send some else to finish up the work on top of unnecessary work performed by the original plumber.

They would not give me a estimate for a facet repair. I asked several times Then I was told would cost 60$ for estimate but would give me a coupon to cover this. The coupon was for 20$ not 60. It took 3 hours for him to put new simple kitchen faucet on. I supplied everything. 3 hours and 278$. Very unreasonable !!!!!

Was being charged $750 to fix 2 toilets. Managed to shave $200 after talking to corporate about my previous poor experience with this company. Too expensive.
