Matt was great. I thought I needed some additional services on a couple of sinks, but he looked at them and told me it wouldn't be necessary or helpful to have the additional work done. I really appreciate his honesty, as just yesterday another pro looked at the same sinks and gave me an estimate for close to $300 to have this "unnecessary" work done. Thanks, Matt!

We paid $286 to have the faucet for the kitchen sink replaced, the technician took less than 1 hour to complete the job so I figure that equals about $300 per hour labor rate. Next time I need a plumber I will get several estimates before choosing who will preform the repair.

I hired the plumber to install a new toilet. They were told this when I made the appointment. I was told the plumber would bring what I wanted when he came. In the meantime I went out and purchased a toilet ahead of time. When he came he said mine would not fit right and he did not have one to replace. I had waited three days for the appointment and it was a waste of time. I told him when I made the appointment I had told dispatcher what I wanted. He said dispatch doesn't always know or relay the info to them ahead of time. I ended up paying $180.00 to fix the lever on my broken toilet just to have one working again. I still need to hire a plumber to replace the toilet which is what I wanted in the first place. I will try someone else.

Michael & Son were very fast and met with MY schedule, unlike other contractors. I asked Shane to move the location of my new filter to an easier location for me and this was done with no problems. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

The technicians worked until they unstopped my drains. I had an estimate from another company which entailed cutting through the wall. Michael and Sons proved that it was not necessary to do the job.

The service tech was top notch however their labor rate for the job was very high. Things would have been better if I had some idea of the cost. I tried to use one of their $50 coupons but the tech informed that was for inside Fawcett only and that was unclear as the coupon did not state that

Not inexpensive! The technician was professional and did a great job explaining everything to me.

I hired him by phone and didn't even meet him as this was my rental home in another city. He worked well with my tenant and called me to discuss the work.

My drain was cleaned and received recommendations for pipe replacement in the future. They came the next day after I called which was excellent. It took a long time. Probably using the camera first would have saved time, but hindsight is always better. Bottom line drain is open now for use.
