I hired Michael and sons because I needed someone who would deal with my home warranty company. I had gotten one estimate from a plumber for $2400, but he did not want to deal with insurance co. Michael and Sons estimate was $5,453 which I felt was exorbitant, and I ended up paying almost $500 out of pocket.
