Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $112.50 for $225 Junk Hauling and Removal. They were very good and they did everything correctly. They took what they were supposed to and they were very helpful because of that.

Description of Work: They called before they were to arrive. They were scheduled to pick up my "junk" on Friday but they had an accident on the highway. They called and gave me several options in carrying through their job. I really appreciate their service and their excellent communications! I would definitely use them again and again.

Description of Work: After a bit of early lack of communication, we set up a date and they came over and removed a heavy treadmill from the house. They were fast, on time, and courteous. They were careful about not damaging walls or doors on the way out. I was pleased with the experience.

Description of Work: Junk removal service. Was surprised the one-quarter of a truck load - the offered sale - was so small in size. Vendor had an attached wagon to a pickup truck. Last time I had junk removed the vendor came with a very large truck. I knew I had more than a quarter's worth. Needless to say, it became a full load and then some. It took two hours for them to collect everything. I was quoted additional prices for firewood, a bag of gardening pebbles. This had not been singled out prior, despite my listing firewood for pick-up. The two guys were perfectly nice. I was more shocked by the price, the truck size, and how long it took: one guy always took a lot, the other sometimes only a couple items. I had more items but couldn't afford the service any longer (and they'd run out of room).

Description of Work: They were able to take an old rider mower, log splitter, double oven, cement blocks, old doors, and wood. They did a great job!

Description of Work: The crew came to remove a 1/2 dumpster load of cabinets and other bulky items that I had not used in a long time.I chose the company because they commit to try to recycle as many items as possible. |It was easy to schedule the pick-up: the staff was articulate, polite, and helpful.The crew was very prompt and loaded up my junk quickly. They swept the drive after they broke down some cabinets. | |It was a bit tricky to estimate how much stuff would fit in 1/2 load, but he crew made an effort to fit in almost everything I had identified. |

Description of Work: They hauled off a big screen TV. They didn't call to let me know they were running late; I called them and they were gave me a more accurate time of their arrival. They then arrived when they said they would.
