Removed wooden storage bin from back yard

Delante and Blake were on time, extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure that our junk fitted into their load. I could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. Will use again.

Two workers showed up on time. We walked through the house so that I could point out where the stuff was, then they got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were done in less an hour. I had some very heavy cement blocks and slabs that somehow were left in my yard; those were additional charges, but I had been warned about the possibility when I booked the appointment, so I was OK with the extra charges ($75). The workers were friendly and hard-working. Would definitely hire again.

The guys who came were great. They navigated our crazy 300 foot long driveway and even shifted a number of items in their truck to make all of our trash and debris from our remodel fit. They were wonderful!! Excellent customer service!

The appointment was scheduled very promptly after I purchased the Big Deal thru Angies List. We had a few email communications to nail down the day and time. They guys showed up on time and removed a lot of junk that had been collecting up in my basement. I felt they were very friendly and professional. They also did the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing this service, and I will use them again in the future when I have other junk hauling needs.

They did an excellent job and they did it two weeks after I purchased the big deal. I did not spend more than the big deal price. The people who came were very good and their price was fine.

The experience was good. They did just what they were supposed to do. I appreciated them going all over the house collecting the items that they were taking. I was very pleased with what they did. The only problem was that they had open truck and it was raining that day. The things were supposedly going to be donated or recycled and I don't know how useful it would be if they were to go out wet. Their policy was to collect everything and then decide whether it was good enough to be donated to some organization of whatever or could be recycled or if it was just a junk. They would take the stuff and they had three possible options for the items that they collected, which was a very appealing process because of that I chose them.

I communicated with Green Vista by message board and asked if I could delay the pick-up until November. This was OK with them. Setting up the pick-up was a real hassle mostly not their fault. I had to re-schedule twice due to family problems, and then they rescheduled due to the December snowfall. I spent a lot of time on the phone and on Angie's message board to make this happen. They were always accommodating. My only point of issue was that each of the half-dozen times I talked to the owner, he would give me a specific time frame in which he would call me back. However, he never once called. I quickly learned that if I wanted to talk, I had to call him, and this system worked well. He's always in his truck on the road and has a hard time initiating calls. He and all of his people were friendly, professional and helpful. Once we actually had a firm appointment, they showed up early (and called first to let me know). The two guys who showed up at my home had a container that dwarfed the large pile of stuff I had for them, and they were a pleasure to meet and work with. They loaded my junk quickly, hung around for a few minutes of conversation and were on their way. I will use them again, especially now that I've learned how to interface with them.

They did not service my area apparently, and he was quite indignant in letting me know that. I had to get a refund. If I had not pursued it, I don't think they would have let me know.

IT went as well as one could expect

Back in late September, I accepted an Angie's List offer for pickup of junk for $112.50. I communicated with Green Vista by message board and asked if I could delay the pick-up until November. It was okay. We had a difficulty in scheduling it because the truck was in the shop for several days but then they did scheduled it, they came and they were fine.

Everything went well. The price was reasonable and scheduling was fine. We left a few large items in the driveway and they picked it up when I was not here. They did not leave any mess.

They were terrific! They came on time, they were nice and very polite. They removed some items from my basement that I did not want. Yes, I would use them again.

Everything went great. Green Vista's owner contacted me a few days before to arrange a date and time. They arrived as stated and were very efficient in the removal. While the team was there I asked for quote for large debris removal in in my yard. The items included large tree trunks from an oak tree, old wood planks, wooden shelving, an old ceramic fire pit. I was given a fair/reasonable quote that I accepted and the crew removed all the items and then scheduled time to come back and remove that lager tree trunks (since they needed a chain saw). The team came back as scheduled. I was very happy with the work performed during both jobs.

Green Vista were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked as a team to get the job done efficiently and efficiently. I woud definitely recommend them!

It turned out fine. I was not there when they came. From my understanding, they told us what we can put on the truck for the deal and then they helped us decide what should go on the truck and what we should take care of ourselves. They were very helpful, very kind, very courteous and punctual. We were very happy when they left because they cleaned our junk. They did the service maybe the next day or within a few days after we purchased the big deal. It was very soon. We needed to stay within the price of the deal and with all of the stuff that we had, they were able to look at it and say, "This would fit on the truck. This would fit in with what we are doing." They were very helpful in that regard and we did not have to pay any extra. We did not really shop around for the pricing of such service. We just saw the deal and it seemed like a good deal so we took it.

Green Vista came as promised and were careful removing these objects from our home. They were pleasant, responsive, and I would recommend them to anyone. I will call them again when needed.

I had to get some old furniture removed that a donation center couldn't pick up for over a month and I needed everything moved out of the house for our new furniture to be delivered. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in with a Monday appointment. The team called on Sunday to remind me of my service and the team can to the minute on time. They were in and out quickly. Everything was taken as requested and the price was reasonable. I am glad they are able recycle donate most of what they haul away. I highly recommend this company.

Green Vista arrived on schedule with 2 helpers and immediately got started hauling all my old items away. Delante listen to all the things I wanted done and at the end he verified everything was addressed and moved as requested. With all the items I wanted haul away, I had more than the requested load. There was an additional charge but it was well worth getting everything done while they were there. Thank you for a wonderful job and I wouldn't have a problem using them again!

I gave them an "a" in promptness even though they did not arrive until later then agreed time The reason they were late was because of trouble with their truck even with that they kept constant contact with me. I felt this delay was out of their control. They were a great find in every other way. I would use them again without a doubt.

Delante called to say he would be there within the hour, and was. I had purchased a deal from Angie's List for a 1/2 load haul away. My debris was a full load. Delante provided a very reasonable cost for full removal. Delante was very courteous and professional. I had to leave before the loading was finished, but came home to a clean and clear space. I could not be more pleased with the work performed for me. I will most certainly use Green Vista again.

Green Vista was extremely responsive when we purchased their services via one of Angie's List's Big Deals. They arrived promptly the next morning and removed an old couch and chair from our basement. There was one minor door ding on the frame of the door they used to remove the couch, but it is no big deal, and was a tight fit to start with. We would definitely use their services again.

Working with Green Vista was a great experience. The gentleman came on short notice and charged a fair price for the work. He was professional, courteous, and removed the furniture in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
