It's what you usually find when you are bargaining. We went back and forth. I left for the night, I came back the next morning and told them I wanted another $1500.00 off. They went through my contract and with my trade-in found almost, close to $1000.00.

The quality was great, the detailing was wonderful. I use them all the time, that's the only place I take my car for servicing. They are...I have a service manager there who is very responsive to my needs. He schedules my service for times that are available to me. The service is performed very professionally. I've never had any trouble with anything they have performed. I've never had to take my car back again after it has been serviced. I only deal with my service manager, I haven't met any of the mechanics.
Description of Work: They did detailing. They did work on the exhaust system, the air flow system and inspection on all the things you would have done if you were having a state inspection; they do regularly. This is includes tires, batteries and brakes. The service was very expensive.

Had 2012 Ford Fiesta in for issue with transmission. Was told they had to order part and would call. 2.5 weeks and no contact. Called on a Monday to check status. Was told Transmission guy would call me back. No call by Wednesday so I called to check status. After being on hold for 10 minutes, was told I would get a call back. That did not happen so I called on a Thursday for a Service Manager and left a voice mail. Never received a call back. Embarrassing. Go elsewhere for your Ford service.

We worked with Angel and Milson when we bought our car. They were VERY friendly, left us alone when we asked them to and were there and available right when we needed them - perfectly UN-pushy and available to answer any question. After we got home, we noticed there were a few marks on the car - not scratches, but they needed to be buffed out. We called them up, went in and they were VERY attentive and VERY responsive. They apologized for the oversight and took care of it right away - it took less than 15 minutes. We absolutely recommend buying a car and getting service here - LOVE THEM!

RUN far, far away! Seriously... with so many dealerships to choose from, you can do MUCH, MUCH better than Jerry's Ford. I looked for several weeks for a used Ford Escape for my teenage daughter, looking up car history, Blue Book values, consumer reports, etc. I then contacted several businesses that had a vehicle for sale that I wanted to look at and test drive. From my first and quot;interestand quot; e-mail, Jerry's Ford sales was VERY receptive... the sales manager, salesperson, online rep, etc. On the day I went test driving, Jerry's was my last for the day. It was dark out. I arrived around 6 pm. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Bill at the front desk and then met with my salesperson, Angel. I test drove two Ford Escapes. One was a Hybrid and one was not. During the test drive, I noted noise being made by the steering wheel. Angel said the technicians probably just tightened too much when they were getting it ready for resale and it was something that could easily be fixed. I tested all the wipers, lights, windows, radio, heater, A/C, etc. It took awhile, but we finally agreed on a price. They weren't budging but a few hundred dollars at first, but once I let them know I was in no hurry to buy, had others to look at, had approved financing, etc., they were more amenable. I had a friend and her husband come up to the dealership because I wasn't going to be able to drive my car and the newly purchased Ford; this was also a surprise for my daughter so we had to hide it for a few days. I drove my car home and they drove the Ford. Hence, I didn't see the car again until a few days later when I surprised my daughter with it. After my daughter had driven it for a couple of days, she asked me about the steering wheel noise, told me the passenger window wouldn't go down from the driver's side controls, said her front windows squealed when she put them up and down. I wasn't given a second key either so I had asked about that as well. I was shocked to hear about these things, ESPECIALLY the steering wheel noise. They had taken FOREVER putting the temp tags on and bringing the car up front. Nonetheless, I e-mailed Angel and asked about these things. No response. I then e-mailed two others (managers) at Jerry's Ford. No response. After a couple of days, I hear from Angel who heard from Bill about my e-mail. Their response was that Bill had agreed to fix these things for 1/2 cost labor. Are you KIDDING me? 1/2 off dealership labor? Uh no. For things that should have been fixed and in working order before I drove off the lot? For things I called and followed up on just a few days after purchase? No thanks. I'll take it to a service repair shop I trust. I will NEVER step foot on Jerry's lot again. I will never consider Ford again. Oh... did I mention that they didn't even have a wiper blade in the rear wiper? Soooo... as a result of my testing it and showing my daughter the controls, all the while it not having a blade, it scratched her rear window. And yeah... I had to replace the front windshield at the tune of $200 for a large crack that developed near the very bottom of the inspection sticker. Professional? No way. Concerned about customer retention? No way. ONLY concerned about profit. Deeply disappointed. Do not let the initial responsiveness fool you. RUN RIGHT PAST THEM!! DO NOT STOP!! On another note Landmark Honda sales AND service has been phenomenal over the years.

I have had both my fords serviced at Jerry's in the last month--I used to take it to another Ford Dealer at seven corners however, they were horrible. Jerry's service department is streamed lined and gets the customer in and out--the waiting room is clean and if you can't wait they have a no fee shuttle that will take you to home or work and pick you back up. Jerry's is me new service dealer for all my ford repairs and I recommend you use them as well.
Description of Work: I had two vehicles serviced for oil change and one for transmission fluid change.

Went for an oil change and was informed that I'm out of time on the front brakes and the back brakes weren't much better. I was told that the front brakes needed complete replacing as I had already had them rotated (yeah, wrong word but not sure what the correct one is) and the back ones may be able to be rotated and not completely replaced. The pads were shot too. They quoted me a price for both, replace front, rotate back as well as complete replacement. I hate the cost but it is what it is. Brought the car back a couple weeks later and left it for the day. Was called later that morning that they can rotate the back as they were still good enough but probably the last time but the front ones definitely needed complete replacement. Was called later that afternoon that it was done. At all times, staff were excellent. They all were friendly, kind, and were accessible. Even after I paid and went to get the car, the porter came running across to assist me. He went and washed my car which was great since it was really dirty. Left happy with the service, sad over the cost, but safe knowing when I pressed on the brake, I would stop!

I had several issues with my car -- some they were able to fix and some had issues. In total, it took 3 separate trips (2 full days and 1 half day without my car). When they fixed my dashboard, they ended up putting a gash in it. I didn't notice the gash until after I'd left (they hadn't acknowledged it). Once I pointed it out, they fixed it, but that required me bringing my car in again. They claimed they'd fixed the key that I brought in (the buttons wouldn't work), but when I tried it before leaving, it still didn't work. I had to bring my car in again to get a brand new key (mine was defective) and have them program it. Finally, I have a horrible grinding noise in my transmission at low RPMs. The transmission guy initially admitted to being concerned, but was unable to diagnose the problem with his tests. He contacted Ford and was told that the noise is standard on new Ford Focuses. This was very frustrating for me -- a noise that's bad enough for a transmission expert to be concerned should not be standard. Everyone was really nice, and their courtesy shuttle was a huge help. I would have liked them to be more responsive, but they did a good job overall.
Description of Work: Warranty maintenance on a 2012 Ford Focus. Replaced weather stripping, fixed dashboard, transmission testing, fixed trunk cover, replaced piece of passenger door handle, and replaced key.

Although we had to argue a bit on the value of our trade-in, we reached a fair compromise. They had to bring the car in from another dealership, so we were a little uncomfortable doing all the paperwork without having seen the actual car. However, everything went well, the car was exactly what we wanted with even some extras. Would start here again the next time I wanted a new car!

Bad experience. The sales person was apparently very unexperienced. After a test drive, the sales person offered a price that we accepted (and he asked to to sign that we accepted) and then returned after and quot;talking with the sales mangerand quot; jacked the price up another several hundred dollars. Very disappointed with the BS the dealer expected us to accept. I will never return to Jerry's Ford to consider another purchase.

Everything went great. Very nice and professional staff. Waiting areas and restrooms were very clean.
Description of Work: Properly diagnosed the source of my engine trouble. Also suggested other essential but non-emergency maintenance work that needed to be done, but they were not pushy about it and gave me written estimates on those items as well as suggesting how to schedule those services in the future. Love the monthly coupons they mail out and it was a surprise bonus to be enrolled in the Ford Rewards system, as the 5% I earned from my big repair paid for part of another service.

I purchased my Ford Escape here after having multiple issues with other dealerships in the N. Va and Southern California areas I finally was able to make a deal with Jerry's Ford. I had a few issues with the initial sales process with the salesman not fully listening to what I wanted but they were able to finally secure the vehicle. The sales paperwork went quickly and they were accommodating on picking me up when it was time to actually take possession of the car. However, their customer service could stand for some improvement. There was no review of the actual car features when I picked it up and it still had all of the protective coverings and window stickers that I had to remove myself. I am still waiting for the second set of keys that they needed to order after over a month. I have had to reach out to the salesman and am still waiting for a response. Overall, I think they are slightly better than at least one of the other Ford dealerships in the area but there is room for improvement on customer service. Update:t after wasting another of my time this morning, Jerrys Ford is not living up to my expectations. Two and a half months after purchasing my car I still have yet to receive the second key. The dealership was unable to locate the key that was ordered and that I had an appointment to pick up this morning. They claim they will order another one right away meaning that I will need to waste more of my time once again whenever it shows up. Every time I have gone to the dealership I have felt as if I am a burden to the staff and my trust level in what they tell me is pretty much zero at this point.

This dealership responded to an inquiry about a specific car we wanted. A salesperson called us and stated that he had the exact car we were looking for. We went through the specifics item by item and he assured us he had the car. We made an appoiontment for 2 days later to see the car. The salesman called twice more the next day to confirm the appointment and stated again that he had the car. We also got an email from the sales manager regarding our appointment. When we showed up, the saleman steered us to a floor model, not the one we wanted, and tried to give us the sales pitch. When we asked to see the car we had reqested, he hesitated. We asked to see the sales mangager. He told us they had had the car, but the day before we came in ( the same day we recieved 2 calls from the salesperson saying he had the car), he had sent it to a dealer in NC. He said he could not refuse a dealer transfer request and tried to get us to look at another car. When we asked why we weren't told the car was no longer available before we came out, he gave a good song and dance about how so many customers make requests for certain cars then never show up. He stated repeatedly that he had the exact car just the day before. We were not convinced at all. It was a complete "bait and switch" operation from the beginning. We ended up at another dealership the next day to order the car. Turns out the specific combination of exterior color and interior seats we orginally wanted is not even available from the car manufacturer. The car Jerry's claimed to have never could have existed in the first place, they missled us about ever having the car. We are lucky to have avoided any further dealings with this company.

Poor experience. See description of work not performed. I may have to usethem again just for the warranty work on my new Ford.
Description of Work: Although I bought a new Ford there recently, Jerry's refused to work on my Saturn without a good explanation. They did offer to take it down to a nearby gas station whiich would do the ignition work. If a gas station can do the work, why can't a major dealership? I hope this isn't an indication of future experiences I will have with my new Ford. (I did have to take it to them for a remote-starter malfunction. Even though I bought that with the car, they said since it is an "after market" item, they don't service it. There were problems with trying to schedule the work with their subcontractor, but eventually the warranty work was completed.)

I had used their services in the past too. I went to them after a long time and so there were a lot of things to catch up on. It took a week for them to get the parts and get everything fixed. That’s not a big deal for me. I always take it to them because I trust them. They take good care of my car and do everything that they say. The headlights alone are $400 a piece. They also give me discount. They didn’t apply some sort of discount once. So I called them up and they took care of everything over the phone. Then I got a discount for $268 on my total bill. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of Jerry’s Ford about a month ago for replacing the headlights since the car is 10 years old. It didn’t pass inspection and so they had to order the parts.

I don't drive my vehicle very much and since it was 5 years old the service rep explained that the fluids were dirty and recommended their replacement. He told me that he could have everything done in two and a half hours, including rotating the tires. They brought my vehicle out right on time and even had my vehicle run through a car wash. I was very pleased with the service. I have always had polite,efficient, professional treatment at Jerry's Ford and recommend their Service Department to everyone.
Description of Work: I had all the fluids (transmission, brake, power steering, and radiator) changed, along with the oil change, air filter replacement, state inspection with emission testing.

They take care of my car very well and it is in good condition. They give me good service. I usually leave my car there and pick it up the next day. If there is a problem they call me and let me know. They are honest and I trust their advice. Their service charges are reasonable.

THE REPAIRS TOOK ABOUT A MONTH. THE SPECIAL REAR GLASS TOOK 2 OF THOSE WEEKS TO ARRIVE . THE BODYSHOP TOOK GREAT PAIN TO REPAINT THE ENTIRE REAR END OF THE CAR SO AS TO MAKE THE FINAL EFFECT LOOK LIKE IT WAS A NEW CAR.
Description of Work: WE SUBSTAINED ROAD DEBRIS DAMAGE TO OUR 2002 THUNDERBIRD. THE REAR WINDOW WAS SMASHED AND THERE WERE MANY SCRATCHES TO THE REAR RIGHT SIDE AS WELL AS A FLAT TIRE. SINCE THIS IS A UNIQUE CAR I CHOSE A FORD DEALER TO DO THE REPAIRS.
