Description of Work: The locksmith arrived promptly. He was friendly and worked quickly to diagnose the problem with one lock. He also re-keyed two locks. I thought the price was fair for the service. I would definitely use Executive Lock & Key for all my locksmith needs.

 + -1 moreOut of several companies I called, this one responded quickly and professionally. Company rep was punctual, courteous and professional. He was able to fit into my schedule and come out within a couple of days. He was knowledgeable and I felt I got a great deal for the amount of money he charged.
Description of Work: Company rep responded to my request punctually, courteously and professionally even though mine was a small job. After telling him how I tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully, he analyzed various methods of solving my problem. Long story short, he was able to fix my lock on the sliding glass door (other companies said they didn't do sliding glass doors or were doubtful if they could do the work) and adjusted the level of the door, which made it slide much more smoothly.

 + -1 moreJob seemed fine. All though we tested the locks at the time of the work we didn't move in until a month later. About 1 - 2 weeks after moving in an internal part became disengaged in one lock and the lock would not work. Executive came back and corrected the problem at no charge but took a week for them to come to the house. They would have come sooner if we insisted it was an emergency, don't know if there would have been a charge. Although it was not an emergency it was an inconvenience as it was our front door lock. I'd experienced this once before with another lock company in California. At that time I was told if the lock was not properly put back together this type of thing happens. No problems with locks since.
