Izzy was very responsive and eager for the business. He was the only contractor to come to the house to do an actual evaluation of the of the 17 windows I needed cleaned. His estimate was very accurate, and he honored it, even though it took much longer to clean the windows, storms, and screens than estimated. My house is vintage 1923, and the windows had not been cleaned in about 10 years! He even cleaned the window sills inside and out. He has only one person working with him, so he is on-site for the entire job. He is very polite, professional, and genuinely a nice guy. I highly recommend Izzy's Cleaning Service.

He and a worker came the day before Thanksgiving and did a superb job -- washing windows inside and out, cleaning sills and frames, removing cobwebs. They were on time, texted a heads up on the way, worked efficiently, and the price was fair. His pricing model is transparent and he gives excellent discount for first time, plus various discounts for future services. I expect to have them back in the Spring for power washing and sealing, plus windows. Very professional, keenly intelligent, well spoken, honest. I'm very happy.
