Extremely well executed in between summer rain storms. I have used Manor Works for several interior and exterior painting projects over the years. Manor Works once again provided an excellent, professional, friendly, and courteous crew that kept me informed of their progress and plans. They methodically worked with purpose and maintained the work areas clean and orderly during the day and at the end of each work day. Cost was reasonable compared other estimates received. Timely scheduling updates were provided. Progress invoicing and payment were simple. Excellent customer service from Victor, Susanne, and the onsite crew.

They were very professional, prompt, courteous and did a very nice job in an efficient and timely manner. Francisco was an effective team leader with a friendly team. They did a great job cleaning up each day.

Outstanding. Manor Works Painting has painted our single family house several times since 2008. In fact, they coming back in February 2022 to paint our in the interior.

Manor works provided exceptional service and quality. The project required extensive carpentry to repair rotted wood. CEO/estimator provided a detailed estimate almost down to the individual piece of damaged wood. Foreman and team were professional and friendly, arriving promptly each morning. They kept a clean and orderly job site especially when they left each day. The team quickly responded to my concerns raised while work was in progress. Cost growth was minimal and limited to items that were revealed when other damaged wood was removed. While not the lowest cost estimate, they provided excellent value and were worth the money. Working with them was a pleasure and I will hire them again.

The job time and quality was delivered as promised. Site crew was considerate, professional, personable, and not disruptive to the neighbors. Contact with office supervisory personnel was quick, uncomplicated, and precise with response. Easily adjusted to customer's changing requirements. Definitely look forward to offering them future projects.

Excellent. Victor Tirondola the owner came out and provided competitive estimate and scheduled project quickly. Neri Garcia the supervisor was professional and quite the craftsman. Work was done on time and well done.

Very good although a couple of delays due to weather. Not really their fault but it was unclear based on their published scheduled when the work would actually be complete. I would recommend that they work on accurately publishing their schedule so customers can plan accordingly.

It went smoothly from the moment we set up the appointment for Victor to come over to do an estimate. He is attentive and personable and responsive to all your needs. The crew of 4 headed up by Neri arrived punctually each of the 5 days assigned to the job. They were meticulous with attention given to every detail from fixing imperfections in our wallboard to making sure we were happy with the color choices. Neri brought over several color samples trying them out on various walls. His goal was to make sure we were happy with the job — and we were. We didn’t comparison shop because we knew of their reputation to do a great job and that’s what we wanted. We’re getting ready to book them for a second job to do exterior work.

It took fourteen days for artistic Manor Works Painting painters, Freddy, Edgar, and Rufino, to meticulously transform our two-story house interior into a work of art. The three painters went above and beyond the call of duty in repairing imperceptible hairline fractures in our crown molding and bubbles in our drywall. Freddy even fixed our obnoxious dryer vent, so no more lint everywhere. I would most highly recommend Manor Works Painting for all of your painting and carpentry needs.

We are a returning customer with ManorWorks. We met with Victor, the CEO to discuss having our 20-foot high foyer and upstairs hallway painted. Victor showed up exactly when he said he would and wrote up the contract exactly as we had discussed. After a few delays due to weather issues, the three man crew showed up every day at 8:00 am and worked diligently all day for three full days. Their workmanship was excellent and they took care to protect our furniture and possessions from any damage. Even though Victor assured me that everything would be done right, I was still impressed with how well everything turned out. I highly recommend ManorWorks for your painting project.

Highly recommend Victor and his team at Manor Works. We purchased a townhome last year and decided to leave the majority of our main floor flat white, which turned out to be a poor choice with a toddler and a dog. Manor Works painted our tricky stairwell and a number of walls on our main floor, even touching up a few of the spots that we had missed or marked up while painting ourselves. We interviewed a few painters and Manor Works was not the cheapest, but their prompt communication, easy scheduling, and quick timeline made them the easy choice. We got responses to email and calls within hours, even when we had nit-picky clarifying questions. The online scheduling/calendar feature made it easy for us to find a time that would work for everyone, and the team was able to do the job in one day, which others could not offer. They even offered to move our heavier furniture for us when they arrived. The quality job that the team did made it all the more worth it. They left our home clean and beautifully painted. There were several walls on the main floor with vivid colors that needed to stay and they worked carefully around what was already done. I have yet to find even the tiniest splatter or droplet of paint.

Manor Works painted a large bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet for us. The work was completed quickly and very professionally. Our daughter loves her new bedroom! Will definitely use Manor Works again for future projects and would recommend.

Manor Works was fantastic. They were professional, punctual and very skilled from the estimate through completion of the work. Victor was very easy to work with on the estimate and scope of work decisions. He gave great advise and planning and the job went very smoothly. The crew headed by Alfredo Ortiz was very punctual and professional. Their skills were top notch and the repairs were very well done. The repair of our dormers was surprisingly more complex than planned but they handled it without issue and prevented a potential major issue. They constantly provided excellent communications and explained what needed to be done when extra work was discovered when uncovered by the demolition and repairs. The worked hard, efficiently and were on schedule as much as the weather allowed. They cleaned up the work site every evening and never left anything undone that could cause damage or issue. As a whole, the company, the people and the work were all superb. I will definitely hire them again and will strongly recommend them. They will be coming back in the spring to do the rest of the rotted trim repairs and painting. Thank you, Manor Works!

The process was super smooth. A color consultant came out and helped us choose the colors. We had a large basement, 2 bathrooms, and a bedroom painted. The team was friendly and worked hard, completing the work in two days.

The work was performed punctually, and it was easy to deal with the company with regard to scheduling and payment. The crew did an excellent job with the pressure washing, taking extra care not to damage the window screens. The sanding and painting of our front railing was also very well done, and looks fantastic!

The team did agood job. Responsive to any concerns and addressed them.
