Description of Work: They used 6 hours of cleaning to clean a kitchen. They left a mess on the floor (garbage I am guessing they found in the kitchen). I did not expect them to spend all 6 hours on the kitchen-- so they were either a lot more thorough than I thought, or they were less efficient than I expected.

Description of Work: I purchased nine hours and did not receive nine hours so they came back another day and still did not do 9 hours that day but the total between the two visits was about 9 hours. I am very uncomfortable with the lack of employee training and the overall bottom line is that they left me with an incomplete job.
