They do all kinds of things, from cleaning buildings to inside and out landscaping, they do all kinds of other contracting too. The owner's name is Glenin Garcia. Other contractors always hire all these other guys that come and do the stuff, but he has his own team of people who do a lot of the landscaping and the driveways. They did the heated driveway for us. Our driveway needed replacing and so we talked about putting pavors down instead of cement and then he put little drains in the strips, it melts the snow and it drains it in the little drains that run under the ground and down into the ground. It is not expensive it is quite reasonable. We liked his work and so we had him do some landscaping around the front to coverup things, as another contractor had destroyed the lawn. He is putting up a fence because we have a vegetable garden in the back. It is really good as we are getting a lot of complements on it. We are pleased with him. Contractors try and jump everywhere and this drives me crazy, and Glenin has his own team that he has had for 10 years and they cleanup every night. When they are gone they make everything look neat. His cost is reasonable. They are very careful with what they do. They were here everyday or two. Anytime I was here or if I was out of town he would contact me by cell phone and he was really good with that. Before he went any further with anything, he okayed everything all the way along and checked with me to see how I liked it and how things were going, or if I had any problems with his people or anything that was happening, which is very unusual. With them we did not need to make them come back.
