Since the part failed under warranty, they replaced it with a better / OEM unit at no charge, either parts or labor, to me.  I offered to pay the difference for the better part, but they declined and provided the complete service at no charge to me.  Great service.  I've have had repeately good service from this company and have used them for several repairs on several vechicles.

Went to a new service that opened at the same location as a auto repair and sales location I'd gone to for several years but went out of business (Executive Auto). Knew nothing about this new company, though they also sell / service German and Japanese autos, so I interviewed one of the principals, Nikos Zotos. He has an established shop in Bountiful, and just opened this one in St. George. I told him my problems and what I thought was the problems (struts and cv joints). He gave intelligent answers and didn't seem to snow me. I took our 2005 Subaru Outback in for his inspection and an estimate. Turned out it wasn't what I'd though, but some front link and a back bolt with a missing nut, allowing sliding. He replaced the front links for the above price, including putting in a temp generic bolt and nut, and with my OK ordered a factory bolt nut. He showed me the parts removed, and pictures of some other future problems as well as the bolt (on his phone). Nikos did not try to pressure me, and ranked the repairs in order of urgency. Some I will have done when some parts come in, and others in a year. The car handles like new (has 150K miles on it), as currently repaired. I was impressed
