They were very prompt at getting me the bid and then getting in to do the work. I had to replace most of my internal pipes and had several bids, he was not only the least expensive, he was also the fast's for getting in to get the work done.

Dave came the same afternoon that I called him. Unclogged the kitchen sink. We discovered that the garbage disposal was leaking and he found a hole that I was unaware of and replaced it. He was very friendly, very helpful and I appreciate him making a stressful problem easy!

I have used them for many years in the past and saw that they were on Angie's List. They were wonderful. After looking at everything, he said that everything was fine. He said that the smell was not from the pipe that was broken in there and it was really amazing. He reduced the charge for coming out because he did not have to do any work and that was amazing to me. I have been using him for such a long time that he might have cut me a deal but the price was considerable. He was being nice to me as I have been using him for a long time. They have always been excellent. They are very quick in their work. He has one other person that works for him. Mr. Josh is very quick. He sees as to what is wrong, works and gets the job done quickly. We have never had them come back and do anything over. I am very impressed.

It went great. The plumber arrived on time, did all I asked him to do, quickly identified and corrected problems, and worked efficiently. The price per hour seemed a little high ($128 / hour). On the other hand, everything was completed in 1 1/2 hours, which I thought was excellent turnaround.

Had a clogged shower drain and was unable to remove the clog with Liquid Plumber or with a snake. Josh came out (same day) and did the repairs in about an hour. I was extremely please to have the issue dealt with same day, in about an hour, and for $127. Easy. I will call Josh next time I need plumbing related work again for sure.

Josh was professional, thorough and personable. Robin (who set up the appointment and answered the phone when I called) was very personable and responsive. When she needed to get more information about our situation from Dave she called me back within 10 minutes to keep me notified of what needed to be done and when Josh was coming. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

They were very good when I first called them. Normally when the water heaters go out, the companies try to come right over. I told them that they didn’t have to come that day. I told them to come in the morning the next day and they said that was fine. Then they called me later in the day to see if they could send somebody over, but I was out on my way to do other things. So I couldn’t do it. In the morning they didn’t come and they didn’t call. About 11:00 clock I called them. She said she would contact him and she did it. She told me that they would be here in half an hour. They were there in an hour and half. The person said that he was the only one working that day. He did great job. But he was hassled and or frazzled. I would pin him down if he could come when he was supposed to. Their water heater was the same which someone else would have to put in $200 more. Once he came, he did a fantastic job. Their price was good. They did what they were supposed to do. Their punctuality wasn’t too good. It was a good experience. They were high on professionalism. I would use the in the future.

After spending an entire afternoon looking for a plumber for my tenants I was so grateful that I called Dave Passy. Not only did he call me back within in minutes but unlike other plumbers on this website he gave me great comfort on his services and experience. In addition, he went above and beyond as I informed him that I was living in Los Angeles, California and that my tenants in West Jordan only spoke Spanish thus he had his employee Jose who spoke Spanish call my tenants and schedule the services. My tenants were so pleased and so was I as the plumber Jose even called me to explain what was the matter with the plumbing in the kitchen. Overall I would highly recommend this company especially for people like me in another state.

They came in same day and replaced my water heater. They were very fast, and took my old water heater. I am happy with the service and would use them again.

They were very quick to come and very reasonable. They were very responsive to the appointment and were on time. They didn't charge me for things they didn't need to do. They gave me counsel about when some other work might need to be done. They let me know the advantages of doing a particular thing. They were very clear about things that I could do but wouldn't add that much value. They were done in 20 minutes. The price included the part. He gave me a discount because it took them so little time.

I placed the glowing reviews this company had received on Angie's List on something of a pedestal and so felt confident that I would not encounter something as disappointing as a repair person requesting four dollars and twenty six cents a minute to attend to a problem that a snippet of duct tape could have solved.

Excellent from start to finish---this is the second time I have used this contractor and would call again if needed.

My husband, son, and I pulled out our existing tub surround ourselves. We then purchased a soaker tub, coordinating drain, shower faucet, and sink faucet from Home Depot. I called Dave Passey plumbing on a Tuesday morning to see if they could give me an estimate on installation of these items. A very nice gal (can't remember her name) quoted me $128.00 an hour for labor and once I described the job to her she said it would probably take 3-4 hours to complete. She said they could come out the next afternoon for the install. Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Dave, the owner, who asked me some more detailed questions about the tub, and what I was looking for their company to do. I described the job in detail to him. He said he would like to come the next morning instead of afternoon, to be sure they had time to finish the job. I said that was fine. Plumber Josh arrived right at 8:15, the appointed time. He was friendly and very professional. He looked over the material I had purchased, discussed the job with me a bit and got right to work. He had to run to Home Depot for cement and made sure I was ok with him leaving for the few minutes it took him to travel the 2 blocks to the store. Josh was very communicative and pleasant. It took just under 4 hours to complete the job. I will definitely call these guys with any future plumbing problems or installs. I had not heard of them before reading about them on Angie's list. This is the first time I've used Angie's list, but I'm very glad I did! I would recommend Dave Passey plumbing to anyone.

Josh was great. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem quickly. The other plumber didn't seal the wax ring completely; so Josh installed two rings and the problem is solved. No more leaks. I also had Josh work on a toilet in the basement that was loose from the floor. He replaced the wax ring that was shot (with two rings again) and had to connect the toilet to the concrete floor and the connection on the ring was busted. It was more than I expected, but I'm glad I had him fix it while he was there. Josh was great at letting me know what was going on and I would definitley use Dave Passey Plumbing again.

It was GREAT! We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement of heating and air conditioning services in their home. We're so glad we joined Angie's list. It not only found us a great company to work with, but saved us much, much more than our membership cost!

I've only been using them a few years out of necessity. They are really, really punctual and really reasonable. I am always surprised at my bill in a good way. The kid that was here the last time stayed at my house all day because it wasn't working and I didn't think people did that but that is how they have always been. I've sent them to my son's house. They are really easy and I don't think they charge enough. It is a small business but they have a lot of integrity and do a great job. They are reliable. They didn't charge me a penny the last time they were here.

Everything went well. He was very polite and clean. I thought that his prices were fair, and I would use him again.

Everything went very smoothly. And, now, a month later, all is working well. We were very pleased to have a plumber answer our urgent phone call on a Sunday night and to know that we would be taken care of first thing in the morning. We felt the price was a bit high, but not having any hot water makes anything sound reasonable. We were very pleased with his service.

Dave and his assistant were right on time, were very professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job of installing my new water heater. I would definitely call Dave again for any future plumbing needs.

I don't remember how much they charged for the services, but I think they were reasonable. I thought there was a problem which turned out to be nothing. He was really honest; he figured out what the actual problem was and fixed it. They were great, and compared to the other estimates I got; they were the lowest. It's almost a year now; I don't remember their punctuality, but I guess they were fine. I will use them again in the future.

Very responsive to call - excellent work and courteous service. Hourly labor rates pretty high.

Little disappointed that the technician did not bring the necessary supplies on his first trip, so we had to reschedule a second appointment for the job to be completed. He did an excellent job, but it was frustrating that I had to take additional time off.

Very well and plumber was efficient and the costs came in less than the expected.
