Good but delayed.

We were pleased with the work. However, there were some delays for several days beyond the promised date.

They took about a month. For one thing, they were busy. He used to call me twice a week to let me know what was going on. I even went down and looked at what they were doing and everything else. I was treated great. The work, you can't even tell what they've done. It looks that good. The reason I go there, is I bought the truck in Larry H Miller.

Went great. Replaced and repaired front corner. New headlight awesome, wish would have replaced both to match new brightness.

I brought my car in for a quote on a Monday. They could have started the work that same day, but i delayed it until Tuesday so I could arrange for a rental car (note, there is a rental car facility just up the block that will come pick you up, pretty convenient!). Once the work started, it was done by Thursday night, beating their original estimate of 5 days. The work looked great, you would never be able to tell there was previous damage. They did not paint the entire car, just the affected areas, but it is blended well. The only minor inconvenience was that they forgot to put the bulbs back into the tailights, so I had to go back the next day (hence the "B" rating in quality). The replaced them while I waited.
They are a preferred service provider through my insurance, and they handled the claim directly. I just paid my deposit to them, very easy!
So I would recommend a more throughout check that I did before leaving with my car the first time. But overall, great work, I would use them again!

I took my car into Larry H Miller Collision Center after my door was caved in in an accident and I found them on my insurance list of providers for repair, they replaced my door took the dent out of the inside at the bottom where the door went into the car and replaced an airbag on/off switch, I was told all this would take about a week for my car to get fixed, they found out about the airbag after they had my car in the shop and I was told it would take another 3 days to get the part in on top of the 2-3 days it was supposed to take to fix my door, they had my car back to me looking like nothing happened in just 3 days I dropped it off on Monday morning and I had it back by Wednesday afternoon and they called me about the airbag on Tuesday It looks great like it never happened!

I got into an accident and got a few quotes from local auto repair shops. Among them was Larry Miller. He is one of the more competitive on pricing, plus there have been here locally for long time. Then I bring in my paper work for insurance and give my car to them. It takes about one week to get the job done. After the repair, I found one minor glitch on the gap of the hood. They took back the car and then do the adjustment until my satisfaction.

They were very professional and very friendly. I think they took time to deal with me on a personal level. I remember they got the job done in a day. I thought that was very quick!

The man who fixed my car was very good. He did a professional job and the car is like new. I would recommend him to anyone. He was responsive and polite.
