This is a property management company but also assists in selling property.  In my case, I needed a realtor and was very happy with the service provided.  My home had 3 offers after being listed for only 2 weeks.

Basically she needed a lot of guidance from long distance on what I wanted done, despite the fact we went over everything and met face to face a couple of times, including a meeting during which we conducted a walk-through the house and yard and I discussed all details with her.
When things came up that she should have been able to deal with herself (one of my garbage cans got knocked over during garbage collection, and the spilled contents started to rot), she called and emailed me repeatedly for instructions when instead could have dealt with the problems, as a professional, herself.  She also tried to collect extra fees for dealing with this simple task. I ended up dealing with this, long distance, myself.
She also agreed to leave the garage door opener available to my renter for when my renter needed to move in. Instead, it became a cat and mouse game of trying to meet my renter to drop the opener off.  She was not even supposed to have the opener in her possession, and again I was forced to get involved to help my renter deal with this.
There were also other smaller aspects of our interaction that occurred that struck me as unprofessional. Overall, not what I was expecting for someone who simply needed to visit my house every so often for two months to make sure everything was functioning and ready for my renter (whom I found myself).  A disappointing experience.

They are great because they are reliable and easy to work with. They made sure that my house got great tenants and the rent was paid on time.

First of all, the cost I gave is not accurate.  Diana has a fee schedule that is dependent upon what services she is supplying and what the monthly rent of your place is, so I just gave a random value because a dollar amount was required.
We had a house to rent in Sugar House and were worried about the logistics of screening renters while moving and caring for a newborn.  Elite Realty Management was well reviewed (by only two people, but still …), so I gave them a call.  Diana was very pleasant to interact with and was very professional, seeming to have a great deal of knowledge about how best to prepare our house and get it rented.  She was always punctual and kept up with her end of the schedule while being very gracious about our falling behind a few times while we closed on our new home and moved across town.
Diana recommended to us a house-cleaning service that did a fine job for a reasonable price as well as a landscaping company that did quite a lot of work for much less than we would have expected.  These were cosmetic issues to make the house appeal to prospective renters and the money was well spent.  It was nice to use companies that Diana recommended because, as a realty professional, we figured she wouldn't work with people who do shoddy work.  She was also able to talk with the renter she found about the renter's desire to have our fence completed, negotiate a cost-sharing agreement and recommend a small-jobs guy to do the work.  Win-win-win.
In the few months we've had the place rented, there have been no issues.  We like the online system that allows us to see the status of our account (rent in, fees out, work done, etc.) without having to worry about paperwork.  This has been 100% hassle-free for us and we're very glad we contacted Elite Realty Management instead of trying to do this on our own -- or even through someone else.  I honestly can't imagine how any other company could top this experience.

The process of getting a renter was very quick and successful because of the help of our property manager, Diana Knowles/Elite Property Management.

I needed to rent out my house and was having a difficult time in finding a Management company that was friendly, and did it all for a reasonable fee.
I saw their yard sign in my friend’s neighborhood and decided to call.  My call was answered quickly.  Diana was the lady who helped me.  She told me what the company did for the owner, and was available that day to meet with me.  She showed up at my property and thoroughly looked over the home, asked questions and said she could find me a long term renter.  She did all of the background checks, screenings of potential renters and drew up the leasing agreement.  My house was rented within the week.  I receive my rent checks directly into my account - no hassle!
My experience with the company has been a welcome change to the market place.  Diana is personal, friendly, reliable and above all professional.  No pressure to sign with them and they are very fair!
