Our 16 year old water heater cracked and had a minor leak but wasn't producing any hot water. We called and were lucky enough to get Chandler as our service tech. He was very through and let me know all that needed to be done. We will definitely be reaching out to Roto-Rooter again and requesting Chandler for any future repairs we may experience.

Josh with roto rooter was so awesome and very polite. he fixed our plumbing problem in the bathroom I. The basement in less than 20 minutes.
