Customer Service quoted tension spring replacement between $108-$149 per spring, labor included. (Springs were installed @130 each). No other charges would apply if springs were only items replaced and only work done. When everything was said and done I paid an additional 75.00 for a "bearing" that the repair rep insisted "needed" to always be replaced with new torsion springs. Was also nickel and dimed me for 10.00 for fuel surcharge. In the end a 260.00 repair actually cost 345.00.

I emailed for a quote and had a call back in less than 10 minutes. They came out the next morning and repaired my door quickly for a very fair price. I've used them before and will use them again when needed.

My Garage door would not open or close. The service man installed a new opening system that works like magic. He did it in a timely manner, new what he was doing and did it very well. Could not be happier. The price is about what I suspected.

The work was well done, but the repairman's "inspection" covered replacing everything but the door itself. I finally had him stop at replacing the springs and the bearings. Even then, the bill came to $525.00. The springs he put on were an "upgrade", and cost over $100 more each than standard springs. I will replace the rollers myself.

I HAVE NOT OFFICIALLY USED THIS COMPANY, I ONLY NEEDED A QUOTE. I DO PLAN TO SET UP APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND COMPLETE MY REPAIRS.

Garage door is excellent. Had a bit of billing trouble which was promptly and politely resolved. The installer was nice and profesional. Garage door works well. But he left large amounts of debris behind though, including some large bolts and screws that could have been disastrous for my tires.

I am selling my home & both the double car & single car garage doors needed new laser sights so that the doors could close. I got online to look for a service and called a few about their rates, service fees, etc. Just to come out for a service call from one was $89! Not including the work and parts! I found HomeAdvisor & contacted them about finding a repair service. Before I was off the phone with HomeAdvisor, Precision's owner was calling me on call waiting. I answered, he said that he had a repairman in the area right then & that he would have him stop over to see what the problem was. He waived the service fee! Great service! Use them!
