Everything went well, functions perfectly, install was fast and efficient.

Brad was great from the beginning to the end. He did not try to up sell, but gave me some great ideas as I asked for them.
The irrigation system components are top tier for the price with water conservation in mind. The sprinkler heads also are attached in a way to reduce maintenance and breakage. Sod is also from the best suppliers.
I am very particular and they exceeded my expectations with a hassle free experience.

At first everything went very well with the biding process. Brad seemed very responsive and available for discussing modifications, we emailed several times until we were satisfied with the product that would be used and also what would be included in the service. After the bid was finished the work slowed and they would show up randomly and not stay long. At one point we had a Bobcat in our front lawn, that was half dug up, for over a week. The digging up the old lawn took a very long time, a month or so. Once the sprinklers were installed, Brad delivered our sod two days early, which we had agreeed to lay ourselves. He failed to tell us the sod was covered with fertilizer and needed to be layed with in a day or two OR watered on the pallet. After spending the weekend laying sod, we found that one pallet was completely burned. Since we thought it would grow back we layed it. We also were shorted sod- we had a 20 by 10 strip that was not covered. We contacted brad right after we layed the sod to ask what had happened and he assured us it would be fine. He also said he would drop off the remaining amount to cover the empty spot. When it showed up it was different grass but since we didnt want to argue with him or purchase it ourselves, we layed it anyway. Next, included in our quote, were winterization and turn on in spring AND extra dirt for a raised flower bed in the back yard. Brad never told us he came to shut anything off and did not return our phone calls so we were left trying to figure it out ourselves. The dirt that was supposed to be put in the raise bed never happened so we called and finally emailed, when we got a response from Brad it was unbelievable! Brad left a message on my husbands phone saying we were trying to rip him off and who did we think we were. We forwarded him our original email conversation were he had agreed to adding the dirt. He emailed us back saying he did not remember that, so it would be an extra 200.00. Dollars for that dirt!!!! After the winter we still had dead spots from the burnt sod and called him to ask for a solution. He responded after several calls, and over a week, by a phone message he left on my mother-in-laws phone (we had given as a contact during the time he was working at our home the previous summer, in case of emergency). His response was that he had been out to our house and saw the spots and he had some sod pieces at his place we could come and get ourselves. My husband went by after work and it was a joke, it was a pile of dead dirt! He then came back to our house a couple of days later, letting himself into our back yard with out telling us. He half dug up a broken pipe, then left us a message that he had been there and would fix the pipe for a fee! THIS COMPANY AND BRAD ARE HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE THEM! After all of this we are done giving him chances, he is unresponsive, rude, not professional, comes randomly on to your property without calling and does not do what he agrees to!

After I left a voicemail, I received a call back within 24 hours and two technicians showed up, on time, the next day. They worked tirelessly to fix a broken sprinkler line that was surrounded in tree roots. They also fixed two sprinkler valves. They were only scheduled to fix one valve, but I noticed a second one was broken just as they were about to leave. They stayed and fixed it with no complaints. Both guys were extremely professional and nice.

Fantastic! The process took two visits: on the first visit, the company owner inspected my sprinkler shutoff valve, and called me with key information regarding repair work that I needed to perform on the valve. Once I completed the work on my own, using his advice, he returned promptly to complete the winter shutoff.

He came on time, found the problem, fixed it, along with a broken pipe and sprinkler head, all within 30 mins. It was a good experince..

Brad was very good to work with. He came to our home to give us a bid and discussed several different plans for our back yard. He emailed the bid to us the next day and it was very reasonable. He was able to start work the next week. He and his crew were very fast and did an excellent job. When they were done he showed us how the system worked and how to adjust the sprinkler heads. Brad was always punctual and professional and so far we have been very pleased with the work they did.

They told us what they were going to do. They gave us an estimate and it cost that price in the end. Overall they did an excellent job!
