Conor is wonderful at his job. I had the lawn treatment done back in April and had an issue with dandelions. He was driving through my neighborhood and noticed, text me, and immediately came over to do a retreat. While here he took care of my wasps nests and checked my mouse traps. All done as a retreat and covered completely by them, not a dime to be paid today by me. Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend.

Clint was our technician - great service from sending notification of his arrival 15 minutes before to a summary of work performed afterward. Very friendly and professional. This company is so much better than the company I previously used - I would definitely recommend.

Clint is our technician and does an excellent job across the board. He reaches out to me to communicate arrival times and is detailed in his work! I really appreciate everything he does in all steps of the process. My only complaint is from a scheduling standpoint, which has nothing to do with Clint. I usually get a call from the main office the day they are planning to come. I would appreciate a call to set an appointment so that I have time to prepare for them to come.

I was not here when Alex did the quarterly service, so I can only assume he did a good job. When we signed up, we were told we could not cancel without loosing any discounts we were given. That kind if kind of left a sour taste in my mouth which has not left. I will probably be looking around when our year is up.
