 + -1 moreVery pleased with the service Apex provided. The technician, Palmer did an excellent job. He arrived on time, he worked efficiently, and he was very respectful of our home. The communication with Palmer as well as the company prior to the service was very good. We are very pleased with the service Apex provided.

 + -1 moreI felt that the team was very professional and were very thorough in their work. However, I did feel somewhat pressured by the upsell of additional services and components. I found that the pricing was high for these (i.e. they quoted $149 for an anti-static washable filter when I found them on Amazon for only $39-$69). They also tried to sell me an ultraviolet unit for an additional $416. I think they should back off from the high-pressure upsell.
Description of Work: Cleaning of heating and evaporative cooler ducts.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with the service. I was very happy with the responsiveness when trying to schedule my appointment. We got into a little game of phone tag, but Apex called back to make sure we connected that day. I was calling during their busy time of the year, but they were able to get us an appointment within our time frame. Our technician was Bobby. He gave me a call when he was on his way and it was within the window of service. He let my husband look over his shoulder and learn all about the system in our new house. He was very thorough in the inspection and I didn't feel like he rushed us along. We are very happy with the service from start to finish and highly recommend in the future.
Description of Work: Clean the vents and returns, clean and sanitize the furnace, inspected the ducts
