MOUNTAIN WEST PLUMBING

Our water heater broke (it started gushing water) on Sat morning. Luckily we were here and turned the hot water off immediately. We called several providers listed on Angie's List that advertised 24/7 service. This company was the ONLY ONE that called us back within an hour! Most of the others didn't even bother calling back at all at any point in time. I find that deplorable - they shouldn't be advertising 24/7 service if they won't even bother to call back at all. Even if they are too busy to make a service call, they should at least call potential customers back. Mountain West called us right away and although they weren't able to come out over the weekend, they set up an appointment with us for first thing Monday morning and showed up at the promised time. They are the ones who got our business. One or two companies called us back on Monday morning, but they were much too late. We were without hot water all weekend and were thrilled that Mountain West promised to come out first thing Monday morning. I doubt that those who called back Monday morning would have been able to fit us in right away. In any case, Mountain West was already here and on the job when the others finally bothered to call us back. They replaced our water heater and all the pipes etc that are involved, fixed our water shut off valve and gave us a free inspection of all the plumbing in our condo. The tech was here for over 5 hours and did an excellent job. He cleaned up the "mess " he made and charged exactly what was quoted, although I suspect he hadn't planned on needing as much time as he did to get everything done. This company knows the meaning of customer service and knows what it's doing. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The plumber fixed a leak in our main water line. He verified that the job was complete on the outside of the house. I felt like the plumber, did his job well and took care of our needs. We were very pleased with the work.
