They did a good job but I did think they were expensive. His attitude was that he was doing me a favor because he had to drive so far out of his way.

Jacob came at the appointed time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets at a reasonable price. Carpets look like new now even though they are over 10 years old. We'll definitely give them a call when we need carpet cleaning again.

Service by Oscar was great, customer service over the phone and via email were also great. No surprises and everything turned out great.

Every time he cleans something, its clean and it stays clean. He uses steam and he is very thorough. He moves everything, protects your furniture, and has little footy pads that he puts under furniture legs. It is always 100% with him.

I sent Jamie a detailed list of each area that needed to be cleaned. She sent back a detailed cost of services. She quoted a price and we went about scheduling the cleaning. She worked very well with me while I was trying to schedule around other services being done to prepare the house for sale. She gave me several scheduling options which really helped me since I live 65 miles away. She gave me a one hour window for the technician to arrive. I confirmed that I needed to meet the technician there, give him a tour of the house and then DID NOT need to remain during the cleaning process. Jamie called to confirm the appointment two days ahead. The technician Oscar called me fifteen minutes before he was to arrive. He arrived right on time. No waiting around for the one hour window. Oscar explained the cleaning process and I felt confident he would do a good job. Oscar called me ten minutes before he was done so I had time to return to the house to make payment. The bill was exactly what I was quoted even though there were several stained areas. It took about 4-1/2 hours to complete. Oscar did a beautiful job. The carpet looks like new and the house smells wonderful now. He also advised me to leave the furnace set at 72 overnight to dry the carpet more quickly, which worked! Received a call from Jamie the next morning to make sure everything went as planned.

I talked with Jamie at Thoro-Clene and she was most helpful in suggesting solutions for my problems and assuring me that they often clean oriental carpets and have been very successful with them in the past. Jeremiah arrived right on time to clean my carpets. He was very careful with his equipment and didn't mar my walls. He is a very skilled carpet cleaner and he explained the processes and liquid solutions he was using. He cleaned my living-room, dining-room, den and hall traffic areas. He cleaned a 12-ft oriental hall runner and two 2.5 ft. x 4 ft. oriental area rugs. The results were remarkable. After Jeremiah cleaned the regular carpets their original color had been restored and they looked like new. The oriental carpets retained their softness, high luster, and deep color and also looked new. He sprayed the carpets with pet-odor eliminator before and after he cleaned the carpets. Then he sprayed them with an additional solution for general odor control. The urine odor was practically eliminated on all the carpets. This company provided me with excellent customer and carpet-cleaning services. They saved my oriental carpets and also saved me the price of replacing three rooms and a hall with new floor covering. I plan to have them come back and clean my two room-size oriental carpets along with bedroom and family room floor coverings. I am very happy with their work and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our carpeting hadn't been cleaned in a "c***'s age," so I know our job was a challenge to Thoro-Clene. They arrived promptly, went right to work in a timely and efficient manner and left the carpets beautifully cleaned. First thing I noticed was that the carpets looked as though the colors came up much brighter and similar to what they had been at installation. Outstanding performance, from call taker (Sharee) to appointment confirmation, to the young man who actually cleaned the carpeting (Oscar). My husband said Oscar was so polite and thorough. He said if they need to come back, he wants Oscar to do the work!! It is commendable that Oscar has been with the company for 10 years. That says a lot about a company!!

They were very professional from start to finish. They provided accurate estimates and suggested things we could do in the future to help out our carpet. We had them come back a few months later and again they did a good job. We hadn't had our carpets professionally cleaned for some time, and with 2 dog and lots of heavy traffic areas they were able to do a great job. My only complaint, if any is they are very expensive. We were going to have them do tile work, but the cost was way to prohibitive. The carpet cleaning was expensive too, but I was happy with the result.

I got a written quote from the person at the fair. The person doing the cleaning wasn't aware of the free room, but took me at my word although I also showed him the written quote. He was on time, was professional. The carpet dried overnight (last company I had do it, it took a couple of days to dry).

It was wonderful. Oscar was the hardest worker that have I ever seen. The carpets are now sparkling.
