Was billed for services that never occurred. Had a difficult time contacting a representative about services as well as many attempts to cancel. I feel I was ripped off, Buyer beware!

Hawx came out immediately and best of all remedied the problem. The technician was knowledgable, professional, NEAT & sensitive to our property, and I feel they were very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service. Don't fret more over your situation. Just hire them and get the problem OVER WITH! Phew!
