I scheduled the appointment on a day I was home. The repairman was prompt and professional. I talked with him during his service. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the manufacture of my garage door. He was thorough and quick. He lubricated all the moving parts of the garage door and the garage door opener. He even repaired the light on the opener.

We called Advanced Door about installing a used garage door in our old racked garage. Since the garage is about to fall over, we wanted to keep costs down. This is the kind of job that will send lesser men running, but Tristan and Royce were not afraid. They worked with us to meet our budget, expertly and quickly installed the spring, and were cheerful and professional about the whole thing. In short, they were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to doing business with them again.

Owner of the company responded very quickly and called ahead for appointments. He was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. There really was not much to do as he said the door was in good operating condition. I would use him again if needed but I think I could have performed the work done myself without any problem. The price was fair. The only concern I have is with the coupon approach itself. The workers are in a hurry because they seem to have many coupons to deal with in a day.

Everything went very smoothly. After I purchased the coupon ($49) I called to arrange a visit, and Royce arrived right on time. The coupon covered a full inspection of the door, frame, parts, motor etc. I had noticed the door was excessively noisy and Royce advised that it would always make a degree of noise being an older door, but he could make it much smoother and quieter. He highlighted several brackets that were old and in poor condition, a few rollers too. He replaced the lot in no time at all and then gave the whole system a once over with some lubricant, careful to show me all the nooks and crannies so I could repeat in the future. The coupon covered the cost of the call out and labor, leaving me to simply pay another 95 bucks for the new hardware parts. A bargain really. Best of all now, my door runs more smoothly and quieter than it ever has.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for a garage door tune up. Work was completed promptly with no issues. Professional company that did the work order over the phone and did not require me to be at the house. This was much more convenient than meeting them in person. Additional parts needed to be replaced to stop the door from buckeling in the middle. The repairman replaced the parts at the meeting and took my payment over the phone. Very easy and convenient.

Advanced installed a new spring to my garage door. That spring broke, dropping the door just moments after my son walked under it. I had my original receipt, so I called to inquire about the warranty the owner said that 3 years was about the life of a garage door spring and that they use better ones today and he would come and put the better one in, but would not warranty their previous work. This company is one reason I joined Angie's list, so I can avoid other companies like them.

He arrived on time, performed the tune-up which included full lubrication and spring adjustment. He pointed out the worn out, noisy rollers and then replaced them. The price was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with the end result.

this company was easy to work with, I called them and asked for an estimate. They took my name and number and someone promptly called me and got me scheduled. The repairman came out to my home and performed the repair in a timely fashion and also adjusted the tension on my garage door motor to prevent any damage from happening in the future.

I made the appointment and the technician (Trent) arrived on-time. I explained that the garage door was especially difficult to open for my 74 year old mother. He worked with the door to replace parts, make adjustments to the track, and ensure it was lubricated sufficiently which made a huge difference. We also talked about installing a garage door opener and he recommended an option that I was unaware of. His office e-mailed an estimate for a new garage door opener on the same day. Due to some electrical issues that we need to have taken care of first, I can't have the new garage door opener installed right away but will definately use Advanced Door to install later when everything is "Electrically" sound.

Royce did a great job. He identified and removed a manual door lock, probably left over from builders, commenting that these are a frequent cause of severe damage when children lock them without parents knowledge. This is the 2nd service call I have had, from different providers. Royce identified several areas of excessive wear that had not been identified before, that were causing some of the annoyances I had. I was very pleased that he identified these and had the parts on hand to make the necessary repairs.

He got it fixed. He was on time and seemed to be knowledgeable. He also answered the questions that I asked. He did a fine job.

New garage door was installed in about four hours. Weatherstripping needs Calking at joints and finishing nails need to be set and covered with calking.

They were able to get to us very quickly. They didn't make much of mess. They did a great job at taking away everything so they are very neat.
