Very friendly and customer oriented. Initial appt was within a couple hours of calling. Technician was very knowledgable and helpful. I ordered a door that took 3 weeks to get here from across the country. Luckily I was in no hurry.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had as a customer. From the first call into the office to smiling through the process of the repair and learning more about my garage door system I was more than just satisfied. These people are awesome!!!
