All Pro Disaster Cleaning

All Pro (Midvale) did a great job restoring the ceiling in my basement and putting on the finishing touches on my new laminate kitchen floor after water damage in my home. I am very impressed with the work Spencer did on my flooring. He went out of his way to solve problems and make the job look professional & nice; and gave great advice. Jeff restored my ceiling so that it looked brand new. Both were professional and courteous. I'm very pleased with All Pro and would highly recommend them.

All Pro was quick to give me a bid. Their technicians were very prompt, cleaned up the mess quickly, and had great craftsmanship. The place looked like brand new and I was very happy at how quickly it was done. They made the process easy and simple.

All Pro Disaster Cleaning was asked to do a bid on rental for water cleanup. They proceeded without authorization and failed to resolve the problem. They then tried to submit a bill to collections agency. Scam.

The plumber who cleared my drain backup contacted All-Pro. They showed up promptly the next day. They were courteous and professional in performing the described services. Before they ripped everything out, they assured me that homeowners insurance covers the cost of repairs. That remains to be seen.

I would NEVER use them again.

At first they were quick to respond to give a bid. But after the first appointment when my bathroom and kitchen were torn out, they left us hanging and did not call or come back for 7 days. I was stuck! During that time they had two appointments that they and quot;forgotand quot; or actually were too busy on a higher priorty job. To make matters worse, when I called to find out why they didn't show up I spoke to Ryan, the person doing the bids, and reminded him that the fans neg air fan was only bid for three days and I had no intention of paying for longer just because they hadn't shown up or picked it up.

All of this time we were in a hotel and they did NOTHING to put the bathrooms or kitchen back together. I finially had to hire someone else to finish the job.

While they were taking out the particle board under layment they accidentaly cut through the subfloor. Now I have to pay to have it fixed and replaced. The main estimator/technician was argumentative and rude as the problems came up and even rolled his eyes behind my back (my son saw him do this more than one time.)

When I told them I was changing contractors they gave me a final bill, which had several errors on it, including over charging me for a neg air fan for 15 days when only 3 days were bid and they should have picked it up after three days but they didn't show up. I tried to talk to Ryan to remind him of our previous conversation, but he refused to get on the phone with me.

It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! Use somebody else!!!

It was on a Saturday we called All Pro Cleaners to see when they could come out and give us an estiment on the clean up of our basement. They came out 2 hours later and did a FREE estement on a Saturday. They were able to start that day! They vacuumed the water out, riped out all the carpet, and started they dryers. It took 4 days to dry out the basement. They came very day for the 4 days to check on the progress. Once it was dry they check for mold. They then carried very thing back down the to the basement. The guys that came were very curtious and kind.

They were overall prompt, professional, and had a good understanding of what they were doing. They gave a fair estimate of what the cost of repairing the wall would be. They were honest and friendly.

My experience with All Pro was great. They always do an excellent job and are very professional people. I'd hire them again and again.
