Richard Ott responded right away to my request for tree service and was extremely easy to work with. He and his helper were very good workers and got my job done the way I wanted And when I wanted.

They did the job. Told me indirectly that I was lying when I told him a quote my neighbor got for a different tree, but whatever. He came, did the job, left a bit of a mess but oh well. Not a big deal. I would call him again if I needed another stump removed.

Richard Ott was very accommodating and responded very quickly. I contacted him on Friday afternoon and he came by on Saturday to give us a quote. Sunday afternoon the job was done! They even cut some wires for us that were left hanging off our house when a satellite dish was removed and were too high for us to reach! They went above and beyond what was necessary. Good communication concerning timing too. Very happy with the work and clean up. Would definitely recommend them.

In contrast to other tree companies I called, Richard Ott came to give me an estimate the very next day and even completed the removal of three trees that same day after I had excepted his offer. Extremely fair pricing. Excellent quality stump grinding. You would never know that a large tree by the front of my house had ever been there. The best quality cleanup by Richard Ott's assistant that I have ever seen on any work done on my yard. I was amazed at how fast they they had cut down the three trees as well as the excellent quality of their work. Richard was extremely pleasant to work with and I will definitely rehire them again for my next project.

Richard responded quickly to the request for information, made time to come do an estimate right away, contacted 811 to give his name to the utility markers, and removed two trees the day after the ground was marked. He sent pictures and even FaceTimed me, since I’m a landlord out of state. Payment was easy and he was very cheerful. I’ll be keeping his number for future requests.

Richard treated us like family. They cut down our 35 foot pine tree and ground down the stump, as well as the other stumps on our property (thrown in for free). They cut the tree so that it fell exactly where they planned and nothing was negatively impacted. They were one of the most affordable bids we got and we chose them because we liked them the best. They took impressive care of our yard and cleaned up everything. Honestly, they left our lawn in much better shape than it was in to begin with. They did quick work but it was also great quality. They showed great care for both our property and the properties and wishes of our neighbors. I would absolutely recommend them and do business with them again.

They were fair in pricing for work done. You would never know they had grinded down 3 large tree trunks because they cleaned up all shavings and debre. Loved working with them.
