Richard and his team were wonderful! He responded right away to my request to look at project and then worked around my schedule to come that afternoon to look and give me a bid. His bid was better than the others that came, and he was able to remove my huge trees the very next morning! They worked so hard all day and were so kind, respectful, and professional. Not only did they safely remove my gigantic trees, they ground down the stumpsâ ¦an uneasy task, Iâ m sure!â ¦they trimmed all of my other trees, and they were adamant about cleaning up all of the little debris, twigs, etc. afterward. They made the whole experience easy and non-stressful for me. Iâ m beyond impressed! Thank you, Ott Tree Services! A very tough job well done!
