They gave me a range over the phone and said they would give me an accurate quote in person. When they came they were willing to negotiate but made me feel a little guilty by saying they brought their equipment all the way from West Valley. They did a good job, but could be a little more professional in their approach.

hired them to remove tree branch on power line then had them take out another bad tree on the property. they gave me an awesome price and took out the other tree as well. there machine is great and he his a master controlling it and getting it in the perfect position. his co workers are also amazing i have allot of flowers and pricey small plants thew maneuvered everything to avoid damage.

Charged a lump sum of $1500 for the job. But two guys working for a day and a half shouldn't really be earning $500 per day, each. They did have hauling cost (maybe $100). But I couldn't get anyone else to bid on the job!

He came out and cut our stump and then ground it well below the surface. It was amazing. He did this in about 30 minutes when I spent all day with the stump grinder I rented from Home Depot and made almost zero progress. And he was half the cost of the rental. I should have started here!!

Absolutely phenomenal company! Would 10000% recommend them. Richard and his team were so quick to respond to our request for tree removal, gave us a quote same day, and completed the project the following week in 2 days, even with it being a very large project! We received multiple bids prior to them and they were considerably less than other companies. Definitely their price can't be beat. As far as quality of work, they did great! They were very careful with all surrounding structures and performed the job as requested. After completion, they cleaned up everything better than it was before they started. Also, Richard was very personable and was great with communication. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Called early in the day. They came out later without 3 hours. Came back with equipment and finished the job same day. I hired for cleanup too. They cleaned up fantastic. I highly recommend them.

They done an excellent job and were mindful of everything around and under the tree. The time it took to do the trimming and clean up was good. The job they did on clean up was very good.

From bid to complete in less than 24 hours is hard to beat. Left the place clean and were kind and professional! Would definitely recommend.

Richard and his crew were excellent. They responded quickly to my request for a bid and in fact were hired and finished the work before a few of the other companies even had availability to come and give an estimate. They are licensed and insured. On the day of the project they arrived on time and brought everything to get the job done quickly and efficiently. In one day they removed seven trees, stump-grinded forty-seven stumps to powder, and hauled away a six foot tall by twenty feet long pile of yard debris I had generated for the past few months. Their quote was 20-30% less expensive than any of the other quotes I got, but I did not at all feel like they did this job â on the cheapâ . They rocked it. The crew was incredibly industrious and smart in their approach. You can tell these men are used to working with each other. One man climbed trees expertly and cut of all the tops, secured ropes, and another guy was ready to cut it from the bottom right away while a third man was pulling the tree down in the direction it needed to fall. They did all seven trees and even cut them into firewood for me, cause they heard me say I was planning on doing it. They were careful and had great respect for my property and the next door property that some of my trees were encroaching on. Another aspect of their work that I really enjoyed is Richardâ s consultative manner. He offered ideas and solutions to my original plan that saved me time and money later on. In short, they Re Legitimate tree experts, with a â no nonsenseâ hard working approach, and provided incredible value for the money.

Our tree was about to fall , Richard gave me a price on Sunday 400 less than another quote. He arrived Monday and worked through a snow storm to finish Monday evening, they cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend Ott tree service.
