Five Star Painting

Five Star, Juan was our production lead, was professional in their work and made sure their team did a solid job. We did have a minor issue with ceiling paint not matching, but Juan came back and fixed the issue with no problems or push back.

The Good: Did a great job caulking the house. Totally tore down and rebuild our bay window. Paint was okay. Wish they had scraped the old paint off in some areas. The Bad: Never did painted the front door trim. Said they would come back but never did. They over sprayed in parts and ended up painting our solar panels. So much so the Solar Company called me and asked if I was having problems because my power generation was down. They said they would let me know what they would do about it. Never heard from them. Had to get on them 4 times to fix 4 corners on the roof where Charley the Squirrel was entering the attic. It was finally done but only after reminding them over and over. Five Star does not have their own crews. They hire the work out to outside contractors. The crew I got was pretty much brand new. I'm guessing they quality of their work will depend on the crew you are assigned.

They were quick to finish and the quality is top notch. Looks great.

Showed up on time. Was very careful and thorough. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Paint job was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

The day to start painting, the contractor painters wouldn’t paint, they wanted double the quoted amount. Five Star located new contract painters and the replacement team did a very good job, at the quoted price.

Had runs in the paint on cabinets and they tried to fix them three times but were never successful, seemed to be at lost on how to

our crew was skilled at repairing all the cracks from foundation movement. However they were extremely messy through the entire project and did not put most things back where they were and all switch and outlet plates were not put back. I expected to have work to do after they finished, but not to this extent. I am basically moving in again. The end result is beautiful and they did good work. however I don't know if the process was worth it.

Five Star Painting is a very professional company. All of their representatives are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I had a special request for my dining room (Tuscan style faux paint) and Five Star Painting's painters produced the exact look I wanted. I highly recommend them.

The work was top notch. I hired Five Star to complete painting the interior of a house to get it ready to put on the market when I ran out of time to finish the project myself. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and did excellent work! Very happy with the results.

5 Star crew did a great job painting our exterior. Process was flawless, crew was great. They did such a great job and bid was very competitive, we hired them to paint our interior.

They made a mess and had to ask them to clean it up. One of the repairs to the wood has poor quality work.

I had popcorn removed and paint smooth ceilings. The entire work was 3-4k. Initially, there were two rooms completed and done very well. After the initial work was completed, we felt comfortable to finish the rest of the house (6 rooms). The rest of the work was performed by a different painter and done within the same time frame with same amount of workers. The second work quality dropped significantly and many touches had to be fixed. We weren’t pleased with the work and they used our paint even though they weren’t given permission. Only do a small amount of work at a time if possible because they will cut corners for profit margins for larger work.

The crew did an excellent job of painting and cleaning up. I was exceptionally happy with the results. I will use them again in the future. They were dedicated and extremely talented. I could not have asked for more

They do not replace furniture, or other things they move. Still waiting for them to come back for touch up. Not a very good job on cleanup.

They did an excellent job and the price was very fair. Looks great and I would certainly hire them again. Once the painters finished they had a supervisor come out to inspect the job and make sure the painters touched up anything they missed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly.

They did a good job painting. The clean up could have been better. My furniture wasn't put back and there was some trim that had wall paint dripped on it.
