Five Star Painting s staff was helpful and informative, honest and upfront about all aspects of this project. Followed through on everything they said they would accomplish. The project took a little longer then we expected, and there were a few things that I didn t think to address due to the fact that I ve never done a project like this before. They did answer all of my questions in a timely manner and made suggestions based on issues found. It was a HUGE undertaking and they addressed it head on. I would highly recommend Five Star Painting...

The fixes and painting look great. Need daily clean up and a good clean after final job. Did not turned off my front yard water. It ran for at least an hour before discover because the sidewalk wets.

They do good work, but they are not economical

They were so professional and organized. Told me every step. Did exactly as they said. Had a project manager to work with before and after the work. Arrived exactly as they said they would. Finished quicker than I expected.

The first painters they sent out were not painters. Runs down the doors paint all over the floor. 2nd set better painters, should have corrected the first sets mistakes. Have been out twice to correct some of the misses and stays 10 minutes and leaves. Work still not satisfactory.

We have used them for a previous project, and love them. Engaging them again for a new project because they do what they say will do. On time crews who get the job done.

Kevin and whole team was great. The communication was exceptional and the job completed thoroughly and on time. Will definitely use them again.

While still in the process of obtaining quotes, Chris came out to give us a quote and discuss options. He was very personable and knowledgeable. After a couple days later and a few more quotes, we decided to lock down a date with 5 Start Painting. Everything was done in an organized and professional manner. Day 1, Hector came out to walk through the paperwork, get the color we chose, what to expect and introduce us to the crew who would be doing the work. These guys were great. They had their work cut out for them. We had a 3 day job, which we had already known up front, so setting the expectation for us was just another plus ( I like to know how my days look as my work life balance matters to me). The guys were super nice and did a fantastic job. The amount of work that went into taping off, the countertops, floor, backsplash and wrapping ceiling fixtures and canned lights, and wrapping our fridge and other appliances..This kind of job is all labor and a job I was not interested in doing myself and we've done tons of DIY jobs in our home. The last day, Hector came by and we wrapped up paperwork and made sure the job was done correctly; looking for any touchups that needed to be done or making sure everything looked as I expected it to. All was good and they left any paint aside for us in case we needed to do our own touchups in the future. Hector was very nice and overall it was a great experience and worth every penny (which was inexpensive compared to the other quotes) and the quality was top notch. For me, with this amount of work, it was well worth the cost. I will definitely look to them again for other jobs I just don't feel like doing. It's been a day now since the job completed and I absolutely love my kitchen.

I had my three bathrooms with the wallpaper taken down and re-textured they didn t even take my towel racks down when they re-textured so I have texture all around my towel racks and will have to either paint when I change the towel racks out they did not take anything down except for the light switch covers. They hand-painted everything they didn t type anything off. I have many places I found it they should ve taking off the wall fixture got paint on other things that weren t supposed to be painted half of my molding going around the tops of my cabinets fell off because they do use them to pull themselves up on. The one thing that I showed the girl that came out here that I was not happy with what they got and plaster all over my hose cover in my front yard and it s left exactly as it was they also left three boxes of texture in my garage I m 60 years old I can t be moving stuff like that . Just not happy in general for almost $5000

Professional meeting to evaluate what was needed, Mr. Luette was great. Juan was production lead the day of the painting but the real stars were the paint crew. Did a fantastic job, plan to have them return in a month or so to paint my downstairs ceilings. Only concern is that two of my electrical outlets were not working after the painters completed. I email my concern Mr. Luette came to my home to evaluate. However, I am sad to report after several email exchanges and calls -- there has not been a resolve to the electrical issue. No return calls -- calling various numbers I thrown into a loop. Scheduling the repairs but disturbed on the lack of professional courtesy which was not how any of reps or lead behaved prior to or during the paint process.
