Workers were very polite and cleaned up well after they finished the job.

The paint ing crew they originally sent out did a terrible job. Sloppy workmanship and huge missed spots in every room. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction and they immediately sent out someone to access the situation. They agreed with my assessment and sent out a whole new crew the next day and completely repainted the house. Looks amazing! Thank you Five Star for standing behind your workmanship.

Painters very courteous. Very aware of our safety wearing masks in our home. Project mgr Wales is through the whole project. Took before and after pictures. Left our home clean.

Painted Kitchen cabinet , kitchen bathroom and dining room all with high ceilings wall removed paper textured and painted . Helped me choose paint Color to flow with The rest of the house . So happy and really looks great .

My experience with this company was disappointing to say the least! Run the other way use DFW Painting or Five Star Frisco. I was routed to the Wylie office which was sub-par.. Apparently the Sales person under bid to start, sold me on one coat Behr paint which required 2-3 coats which of course the sub-contracted painter was mad as he had to work longer to complete job. Also the team I was supposed to have was 1-guy who didn't speak very good English along with the Project Mgr who spoke poor English and was a hot head. Josh C. was impossible to deal with! They spilled grey blue paint on my carpet and the stain is still visible. Multiple places where the paint still didn't cover, drip lines and sloppy no-tape painting. Will NEVER give them my business again!!

Five Star Painting did an excellent job.

Summary: expensive, undertook work with an agreed timeframe and clearly had no intention of meeting it because they assigned only one painter. Very slow work. Accused me of being the reason for their delay because I requested white paint which they maintained I was very specific about (which I was not). Details: Paid $6,066 for under 1,100 sq ft apartment that was completely empty and agreed the work be completed before my move. Off-white was to be painted over with pure white. I agreed to this premium so I could have a completed job prior to moving, which they understood. Although they understood the urgency they assigned one painter who was not fast. 1.5 days to mask a 2 BR apartment. Had never heard of a wet edge so needed extra coats of paint to compensate for visible lines left due to the paint drying at different stages. They finished the job the day after the move, leaving me in a terrible mess because I could not position furniture, etc. There was no project manager until the last day of paint completion. The project manager appeared unannounced while I was on a conference call. Her contribution was to request payment prior to job completion. They accused me of being responsible for delays because of the color I had selected (white) was only available in an inferior Behr paint brand when they preferred another brand. The first discussion we had about this was the day before I moved in when they were clearly not going to meet the deadline. Happy to provide more details to anyone interested.

We had our front door sanded and restrained.

The whole experience was very good from the quote to the finished project. Painters were great!
