The representative from 5 Star was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with Phillips we decided to go with 5 Star. They are scheduled to begin Monday.

Very organized. Project manager is assigned to oversee the project which I really like. The painter and assistant worked nonstop. Very detailed. Results is amazing. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

Excellent service

The painters did not show up on time. Te arranged time was 8:00AM, and they arrives at 12:30PM, only to take a 2 hour lunch at 2:00. The project was not completed on time, and they got paint on my new wood floors. The painter and his high school son, were very sloppy painters. I have paint on my cabinets, and they damaged my wall paper. I did change the color on the first day, but that should have only added an extra day to complete the project. A 4 day project turned into a 2 week project. I had to leave town, so my friend offered to let the painters in the house. They didn't show up.

They were on time for the estimate and the day of the job. Excellent customer service and quality of work. I would recommend them for friends and family.

They painted ok but missed a few places I found later. Also finding lots of places where paint splattered. The estimate was reasonable so I guess I got what I paid for. Keep in touch with the supervisor to check on workers.

Plan to be home to manage the project. The supervisor does not check the work. The painters left an area incomplete. I requested the walls be a low luster and the ceiling a flat paint. When you look at the walls you can see where they rolled flat paint in some areas. Very unprofessional. I will need to have it done again in the future. It won't be by this company.
