Disappointed. Tried to contact the provider by phone and through messaging three different times and got no responses.

Milton and his brother did the work. They tore out the bad work, showed me what was wrong and told me what they would do to correct it. They did a great job. They fit me in to their schedule. They had to split it up a week apart but that was fine. I was putting the house up for sale. They bailed me out. Great guys. Very professional work.

Milton,responded to my inquiry about having some grout work done in two bathrooms and the kitchen. His company arrived ahead of time. Milton and Mark were very courteous,and professional. Job was finished on time. They cleaned up as the worked, so the final walk through was clean and quick .Would recommend A-1 Shower Repair.....

Milton looked over my problem and suggested a shower pan test. That revealed leaking into the pantry downstairs. He and his assistant (brother I believe) did a complete replacement of the pan and put in a new enclosure. While it took a little longer than I anticipated, they kept me informed along the way and the workmanship is excellent. I would recommend A-1.

Our shower and frameless glass doors look much better after the cleaning and grout repair. Mark took the time to explain why our shower was mildew-prone -- wrong grout, porous tile, suspect concrete in the shower pan -- and did what he could to spruce it up and patch up the grout. I wish we'd spoken to him back when we were having the shower remodeled for advice!

I found a tumbled marble that worked well with the tile I had. Milton replaced the floor, the seat and did a decorative area around the shower control. He also changed out my old fixtures on the shower, tub and sink, installed a new toilet, and repaired some damaged grout in my kitchen. In the shower, Milton managed to match my old grout (green) even though the original grout color was no longer available. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks like it should have been this way all along, which is exactly what I hoped for. Milton and his brother Mark did this project in 4 days, and cleaned up the jobsite so well you'd never know they'd been here. I am ecstatic with my new shower and will know who to call whenever I need tile work done. Highly recommended.

Milton and his brother are easy to work with. He made sure that I got all the correct parts of the new shower hardware and made suggestions on how to save money. They made sure at important points during the project that they clarify and understand our expectations as well as providing us of updates of what has been accomplished and what has yet to be finished. This was especially true since I wanted decorative tiles in very specific areas of the shower. They always left the place clean and made efforts so that other parts of the house do not get dirty. I would definitely recommend their service.

Refreshing experience and quality work! Milton Sellman was so responsive and encouraged me to take a more economical route on the repair. He did the footwork on finding and picking up a matching tile. Along with his brother Mark, they took great care in doing outstanding work. They showed up when they said they would and the price was so reasonable. We had several quotes before A-1, and were so disgusted and discouraged by the crazy quotes, I wasn't sure I would ever get the shower re-done. Milton and his brother restored my faith in that there are honest contractors that do great work out there!!! I would recommend them to anyone!

He arrived on time, his helper place drop clothes from the door all the way to the bathroom they setup and and did all of the work the same day. After they finished doing the work they cleaned up. You would never know they were even there. He explained how long we needed to let the grout dry and when we could start using the shower. I was really impressed they did not ask us for any thing. The reason I'm really impressed is because we hired a company called Blackman Mooring to do some work for us on our home after an car crashed into it April of this year and we have had so many issues with their contractors that we decided not to have them do the shower. We are so glad that we hired A-1 Shower to do our shower work. We will not recommend Blackman Mooring to anyone they are so unprofessional and unreliable.

Always a good experience with Milton. He's come in and fixed a shower job that had been totally botched by our American Home Shield company, and is my go-to guy for all other plumbing services. Fast response, reasonable prices, excellent results. Would recommend without reservations.

He was great. He called me back and gave me a good estimate. The tenant took pictures of it and sent them to me because I'm not in the same state. He was very friendly and there were no problems coordinating with the tenants living in the condo.
