Contractor underbid project, asked for too much money up front (well over the usual 20%), ran out of funds early into the job, could not keep decent workers on the job, had no real experience in this field, never showed up on time or cleaned up work site at the end of the day, was very disrespectful and ignored requests from homeowners. Caused additional damages to property and went over the time allotted by insurance and contractual obligations. BEWARE OF MCBRIDE!!!!!!!
