We always purchase our home and garden supplies at Home Depot El Dorado. We work on our yard and garden constantly and we're always running up to Home Depot to select plants, plant supplies, garden soil, gardening tools, etc. We also buy everything for the house because my husband is always working on and quot;projects.and quot; I enjoy the e-mails from Home Depot with the specials and the coupons are great. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Clear Lake and surrounding areas. They have everything.

I got the patio on sale. Everything turned out really well. Thomas was the manager that helped me.

When the 2 men left that installed it, they told me they had tested it to make sure it was all running correctly. I discovered that the water comes out of the sprayer instead of the faucet. Along with this problem, my dishwasher wasn't working after they came. It turns out they did not remove the plug to the dishwasher after they did the sink install. I was unable to use my dishwasher for 2 weeks, during the Christmas Holiday! I had to order another faucet, thinking the defect was just with the first sink. The same 2 guys that came out the first time came back to install the new one, and left before I was really aware they were leaving. I tried the sink, and the same thing happened! I am so disappointed in their service, and I don't want to have them back in my house again to try and correct this a 3rd time! I never got an apology from the plumbers or from Home Depot.

I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

I went to Home Depot and picked out new carpet for my living room and hall. The sales representative was very nice and helped me pick out the carpet I wanted. Their prices were a little high, but they showed me top grade carpet and explained the warranties and stain resisters. The installation was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available and the carpet installers showed up on time. They were careful moving the furniture so they wouldn't scrape the walls and they cleaned up all the remnants. They did an excellent job and the carpet is very nice.

Customer service answered my call quickly and followed up promptly with an estimate to install a garage door opener. Their prices were very reasonable. They were able to explain the warranty and their work guarantee. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was available and the technician was on time. He was focused on his work, did it quickly and cleaned up any mess. He was very polite and courteous. He did an excellent job.

He was friendly and polite and I would use Home Depot again.

I am very positive about Home Depot and they did an excellent job installing the two garage doors and openers and they’re a very good company. The doors arrived on time and I haven’t had any problems since they were installed. They were on time, polite, friendly and professional and they offered a good warranty.

HOME DEPOT STAFF AND STILE STONE PERSONNEL WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. IT TOOK A LONG TIME (SEVERAL DAYS and TRIPS TO THE STORE) WITH HOME DEPOT CREDIT/BILLING TO GET THE SALE/FINANCING STRAIGHTEN OUT. STILE STONE GOOFED UP CUTTING THE COUNTER TOPS TWICE AND WE WERE WITHOUT A KITCHEN FOR 29 DAYS BECAUSE THE WATER WAS DISCONNECTED TO REPLACE SINKS. IT WAS A COMEDY OF ERRORS, BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHT.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED FROM THE ORDERING PROCESS. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS SALES PEOPLE AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
