The folks at Beyond Floors did a great job with our kitchen floor. We were replacing 20 year old linoleum tiles with ceramic tiles. They worked with us to get the look that we wanted and asked questions to help us think thru the project. Even the construction crew asked us how we would like it done. We are just sorry that this was the last of our tile projects. I am sure that we would have been happier with the first two projects if we had used Beyond Floors for them also. We will definitely go back when it is time for us to replace the carpet. Note: I submitted this review in October just after the work was done. for some reason the only picture that shows up is the "before" picture. This review is a duplicate and should have the "After" picture. I could not figure out how to edit the original review.

Only thing I recommend as with all renovations is to prep for yourself.  Workers don't care about your stuff like you care about your stuff.

From the initial contact at the store to the final inspection of the floors, the staff of BeyondFloors.net were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and knew their business. At the store, there is a large selection of products that provide price, material, and quality options. We were allowed to pick numerous samples and take them home for several days to make the right selection. The process, which included measuring, confirming, ordering, removing the old floors, installing the new, and inspecting the completed floors, was described to us. The process went just as the staff described. During the actual work, the crew was courteous, professional, and took care of our property. They did the job efficiently and quickly. We are extremely pleased with the new floors. BeyondFloors.net should be considered for any flooring needs.

Beware. Don't let the nice store front fool you. It took several iterations get the quote correct. I felt like they became hostile when we questioned them about the installation. Just take their word for it and everything will be great.

Laura and her team worked with me for over 6 months while my townhouse was being remodeled. They were so patient with me and all of my changes. I looked at many other companies but came back to them in the end. I knew I was getting quality at a reasonable price. My daughter used them several years ago for her wood floors and was very happy also. The carpet I chose is great. The laminate they put down in my hallway and stairs is beautiful - it looks like real wood. The installers were very professional. I also bought tile from them for my upstairs bathroom floor and tub surround that my contracter installed. I would defintely recommend them.

We are members of Direct Buy, and our local Direct Buy has contracted with Beyond Floors.Net (BFN) to provide all flooring services. Honestly, I wish I had more options. BFN was quick to come out and perform measurements. They were also patient as we had them do serveral cost estimates on several different types of flooring. We even made a decision and then changed our minds! Once we made the final, final decision, BFN emailed the contract to me. The math was wrong and had to be corrected! Once the final amount was calculated, we wanted to pay by debit card. However, BFN charges a service charge to use any type of plastic - this felt like nickel and diming to us. So, we ended up mailing them a check with the signed contract. Once the payment was rec'd, they were quick to schedule the installation. The installers showed up about 2 hours later than when I was told to expect them. However, there were several guys so they were able to move the furniture, pull up the old carpet, and put down the new carpet quickly. We had a discussion over where the seam should be (we have an extremely large bedroom), and we disagreed. However, I took their advice and we have yet to see if this causes a problem - as the seam is in a high traffic area. Once the guys left, I discovered they'd left tools behind, including an electric staple gun. They had to return to get it. Also, I was not particularly impressed by their clean-up. I had to go back and do a lot of this myself. But, my biggest complaint is that the rep from the company, who I'd worked with on the estimate, never followed-up with me. She never called to check that the guys had made it to my house, and she never called me when the job was finished to see if I was happy. Also, she never called to let me know how to pay the balance on the account. I gave a check to the installers, and I assume she rec'd it since I never heard back.
