I feel I grossly overpaid for the work that was done... it was to be over $400 to replace the drain and stopper in My both room sink....but gave Me a $50 off coupon but the price was still $360... I talked to several plumbers at two very famous home appliance store and they all laughed and said... boy did you get suckered... that should not have been more than a couple of hundred dollars at best....

It took a few days for the repair to be complete due to the Xmas holiday and due to the tech who originally looked at the work calling in sick the day after Xmas. However, once I got the plumber manager the work was performed timely and within the quoted price. This was my first plumbing experience and I thought it was kind of expensive, but glad this was all done and behind me. Customer service back in the office was great tho!!! Even giving me a cellphone to text pics of the damage.
