Be careful with this Company. I would not use them again. Ran up the bill, kept asking for additional advances, took the money, and didn't finish the job. Starts off with good service and seems like a nice guy - then it goes down hill. Constant delays, excuses, poor workmanship, and lack of supervision. Had to get other contractors to finish the project.
Description of Work: The project was a substantial remodel including tearing out walls, texturing, painting, electrical, carpentry, exterior windows, kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, refinishing hardwood floors, tile, and carpet.

?Your?s is a Small Job.? That was the phrase I heard from Mike Grove too often, after he got the job. Guess he just really likes doing whole homes. Hear he?s great at them. My house was close to two other jobs, so he felt could work mine in with no issues. However, I guess because of this, my job was never a priority, so when a problem happened his responsiveness became slow. Mike had a few really crappy things happen in his personal life in the middle of my job. So I gave him some space. Yet, we had communication difficulties prior to them. They only got worse afterwards. He started strong, we had a good dynamic, and he could start work inside our time frame. The quote was also reasonable and I understood how it broke down, even if he would not give me a written break down of the cost. Before the first tile was laid, the first problem arose. A guy named Larry at ProSource Ft. Worth was the cause of that problem. Yet I?m still the one who called around and found out my tile was not on backorder. So Mike got on the phone and got my floor tile in to start only one day late on that part of the job. His lead painter knows what he?s doing. The paint crew I got was a bunch of young 20s who didn?t. Our ceiling was painted too wet, so the fresh texture pulled away in 3 areas badly. The lead guy had to fix those areas. And I can still see areas of uneven coverage on my walls that I will need to fix. They were nice guys, and tried to prevent damage to my carpet by putting down coverings where they were walking. The countertops became the major issue. The first supplier screwed up and miscut my Cambria Quartz slab. This was a $4500.00 slab! But Mike did not tell me what the delay was until pressed after they were a week behind schedule. Then they could not get a second slab ? long story in trying. So on a Tuesday morning, while I was at work, I got the call that if I wanted a finished kitchen, I could go pick out a granite slab that day before 5 pm. My husband and I never wanted granite. Our first plan was Silestone, then we upgraded to the quartz. But now we have granite. Cabinets were installed on Aug. 8, by Covenant Crafters (really recommend them). I got a countertop on Aug. 30th. Almost 2 weeks later than promised. Two weeks of delay when the kitchen is at the height of un-usability. Then we got into a small fight over the backsplash because he was not listening to what I wanted. Really? I also had to supervise and correct the backsplash installation very carefully. They became careless of edges and a few other details. And, I?m not sure if grout and tile sealing was supposed to be part of the deal, but my husband is the one that did all that work. On the plus side, he handled our extra requests, like new doors, well. He also covered the cost of non-working LED lights and a few other items to make up for the countertop fiasco. The crews were also all nice guys. Half of them spoke English. And they asked politely if they were allowed to us my guest restroom. I can?t believe some people say ?no.? In the end, the kitchen does look great. Mike apologized for all the problems and we parted on civil terms. And the granite may even look better than the original quartz.
