Excellent job on our 1900 sqf home. When they finished, it felt like we were in a new home again. Things they did well: - Removed face plates off of light switches and outlets, lowered vent covers and painted behind them instead of around them. Re-installed them after painting - Moved furniture and covered everything - My furniture is heavy oak - Repaired molding that was damaged when me moved in 12 years ago - looks new again - No residual left over signs of the nail holes and cracks they repaired - Paint evenly applied - No Spills by the contractor I had even spilled a gallon of paint on the front concrete porch. They jumped on it immediately. Contained the spill, picked up excess, and cleaned the concrete. No signs that a spill had occurred had remained. Crew was polite and courteous. They didn't even give me any grief when my cats got back in the house and walked on a freshly painted window sill. Touched it up cheerfully. Crew size varied during the day between 3 and 6 painters in the home at any given time. Their quotes are for labor only. No pressure to buy higher quality paints than you needed since their compensation was not impacted by the type paint purchased. We could either by the paint ourselves or have them buy the paint through them using their discount. We paid the receipt from the store, not a bill for the paint by the contractor. Work was completed in two phases. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, and dining room first. A four day break which allowed us to put pack all the clothes.boxes.loose stuff, and emptied fragile items out of furniture that might tip over and be damaged when being moved.and then to move the same type items from the other side of the house. The living room, kitchen and trim during the second phase. Actual painting days was four 12 hour days. Price was a little higher than we expected but ended up being money well spent I'm having some exterior work done on the home to include a new covered deck. When that's done, I'm bringing them back to paint the exterior.
