Worked fast and had a plan to remove the trees in the front and back yards. Removed all of the debris and cleared my deck and driveway was well.

Supervisor, Canario, managed the job well and suggested great ideas for trimming and clearing other trees, shrubs, and vegetation. Crew was quick and cleaned op well. Canario, had the crew clear the leaves from the roof at no added cost saying that his boss wanted us to be happy customers. Iâ  d hire them again.

I was on the Internet on my smart phone and an ad just popped up, something like: “Do you need trees cut?” It was an ad from “Home Advisors”. Well, I’ve been agonizing over just that. I was notified by my HOA that the fences in my area were being scheduled for painting and that all tree limbs and landscaping brush had to be trimmed at least 12 inches away from the fence. The back fence had at least 7 or 8 trees & bushes that touched the fence. Two, very tall and skinny trees were really bad trees that had large roots spreading out all over my yard and growing very large rock-like bumps on the roots that were getting too big and tall to run a lawn mower over. I was really afraid I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to take care of this job and was afraid of how much it would cost. So, I clicked on the ad. Next thing I knew, Victor Palacios from Palacios Tree Service called me. He was in my area and said he could come right over and look at the job, so I said ok. He looked thoroughly at everything I wanted done, he thought about it carefully and he talked to me about the job so I felt like we had a good understanding of what I wanted and what he would do. He told me that his crew was working in the area so he could do the job at about 2:30 or 3;00. Then he gave me a price. I was very happy that he could do the job then, and the price seemed reasonable to me. If it had been any higher I think I would have got another bid before accepting his offer, but it did sound reasonable, and he and his assistant were very nice and polite, and he said they would clean everything up good, so I agreed to the job and price. Everyone in his crew was very professional and his card said he was bonded and insured. They seemed to have all the right tools for all the different parts of the job and everyone knew what they were doing. They were all finished, cleaned up and all the brush and limbs were gone and I paid him in about 2 hours time. I just couldn’t believe that such a good, neat and complete job was done so quickly. They were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them. This looked like it would be a very difficult job to me, but to them, it was just another job. I highly recommend them. Everything about them was just great. I would definitely use them again.

Victor, Armondo, and the whole team were amazing. Our project was huge. They came in and way exceeded our expectations. The yard had overgrowth for well over a year and large trees touching the neighbor's roof - they handled it all professionally and quickly - we would hire them again in an instant!
