When they come out to measure your bathroom happen to measure it twice and doublecheck everything.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Bath Expo. My Bathroom is GORGEOUS, they had amazing customer service and worked with me for a competitive quote for the work. They came in and fixed everything and it looks beautiful. I cannot wait to use my new shower!

The contractor was really good. The bath room is beautiful, but overpriced. The financing was supposed to be no interest for 12 months, however interest was applied to the balance each month, just no payment was due. The agreement was not how it was explained in the beginning.

For once the salesperson was honest and told us exactly what and how it would happen. My worry was the one day as I office from home so I could not afford to have a ton of interruptions. In/Out in less than 9 hours. Very polite and professional crew. It was truly an enjoyable experience and the finished product is gorgeous. I only gave the 3.5 stars on value as I had hoped to not have spent quite so much money on one tub shower conversion but with the other estimates I suppose it was in line.

Did work in one day. They clean up after and there was no need for me to fallow up.

The salesman, James Wilson, was wonderful and never made us feel pressured. The work was outstanding and the completed it all in one day! Only complaint would be the water pressure of the new shower head but other than that we love our new shower!

These guys did a fabulous job redoing my shower. Its so beautifully done that it makes you not want to ever leave the shower. Yes, it is expensive, however I am very happy with the end result! Happy wife, happy life!

The salesman Bobby is a nice guy and will work hard to stay on your budget and the crew came out and did great work. I do believe it’s too much money but in the end were we happy with the tub/ shower? Yes.

Decent job. So far no issues. Just that the door size of the bath room was larger than I thought.

Very good customer service. We had a custom shower needed and where they found it would be easier, they upgraded at their cost to make install easier for them. Great experience.

Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly. Installers worked from 9AM to 10:20 PM with breaking for a meal. Great work by good people

The experience with bath expo was very disappointing. The poor communication about measurements left us with a shower that is smaller than we wanted. The quality of the work was poor and required contacting upper management to correct. Overall using bath expo was a disappointing experience and we are left with the disappointing bathroom.
