Chris did an amazing job. He was very responsive and flexible with scheduling. He rewired our entire house to fit our needs in less than a day. We had follow up questions regarding other aspects to the home network that he happily helped us out with on his own time. We highly recommend him.

Chris was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to come out for a consultation at a very convenient time. He listened to my entire idea before asking questions and giving helpful feedback. HE got a proposal back to my quickly and was able to start work the next week. Even though the job took 2 days to complete he thoroughly cleaned up after himself after the first day. My wife could barely tell he'd been there. The second day he worked late to complete and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the work and the aesthetics. All in all an excellent job. To look at it you wouldn't know it wasn't always there. Can't recommend Chris enough!!!

Made serval attempts to contact including phone calls, messages through Angie's list and email and had absolutely no return calls for my effort. If these folks want to business here it surely doesn't show.

Excellent - call this company now! Came after hours due to his busy project schedule - didn't leave until the job was finished. Noticed another problem with alarm wiring and repaired it while doing other job. Quoted minimum price for job which ended up being more involved but still honored his quoted price - amazing. I will definitely call Chris again for more extensive work that is needed in my 1964 home - he's busy but worth the wait. You may have to call back to reach him, but don't let that keep you from having Chris do your work!

I was referred to Chris from another Angie's List provider and I am so thankful of that. Chris is VERY BUSY and now I know why. He does work right the first time and doesn't cut corners on quality. In the summer heat of Houston crawling through my attic to run ethernet cable to my wire closet was no problem for Chris. He stayed to ensure all cable connections were still good and was very eager to ensure everything was completed as I wanted. You may have to wait a few days or week to get on Chris' schedule, but if you want top quality this is a small price to pay. I would definitely recommend Chris for ANY network or Audio/Video installs and I will be using him again in the future!

I've had AT&T out several times in the last few years - not impressed. I decided to spend the money on someone else - and I'm glad I did. Chris at Certified Wiring Solutions was responsive to my call, worked me into his busy schedule quickly, and figured out what I know would have taken AT&T three days. He actually made sense - where AT&T techs have talked nonsense to me over and over again. His rates are excellent and the service is completely worth it!

Firstly, I spent several weeks searching for someone to address my issues, after talking to Chris on the phone, I had the feeling that although not a large company, he would be the best option for us. Secondly, The work completed was outstanding!! Overview: It was very important to explain our needs based on the usage of internet by the family and where we used the data, ie. bedrooms, family rooms etc. The time spent with Chris prior to the job was as important as the job, as it allows you to understand the limitations of both the hard wiring data ports and the wireless, to optimize your particular solution. All in all, we spent one hour discussing it. After which we discussed the budgetary estimate. Chris is very upfront, and asked me to purchase some of the equipment as it saves me money. He gave me the specs for the Wirelss Access Ports and Router, and I had those purchased quickly. The vast majority of equipment, the CAT6 cable, junction boxes, termination ends etc, he provides on the job, he just gave me the opportunity to buy somethings to save some money. The job was expected and quoted to last three days, we finished in 2.5 days. Chris's attention to detail is outstanding, he takes great pride in every aspect of the project. Every work area is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner after he completes each stage. He does not wait to the very end to do a quick cleaning, which is outstanding. Each new wall plate and hard line port is mounted as professionally as I have seen. The wires are run through the attic with care, so that they are not tripping hazards for the future. Chris is friendly, approachable and professional. He is extremely meticulous, every detail is addressed. He was respectful of our time and our home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a similar solution.

These people are the best. It was not cheap but the work was extensive. The installation was professional and the work flawless. I would definitely use again and would have no problem recommending in the future. Husband and wife team. Amazing stuff.

It went very well. Chris kept me informed as the job progressed and treated my wife and I with the utmost courtesy and respect. He had a young man as his helper/trainee. He treated his help with respect and they both maintained a polite and professional manner the entire time they were in my house.

UPDATE - May 22. Owner called to say that he and his wife were out of town during the time that I replied to their website "contact request", and the 2 times I left voice mail for him. He was very apologetic and stated he did not have a way to check website inquiries when not in his office. Not sure about voice mails on his phone. Due to the fact he at least called back, I changed by Overall rating to "D", and responsiveness to "C". As a business owner, I fully realize how important it is to have good communications and the technology to be responsive to my prospective and current customers. The owner should understand this as well. We had a narrow window in which to schedule the infrastructure expansion, and needed professional class response. This company may be OK for a home installation, but not at the top of my list for business responsiveness. Not well. After filling out the contact form on their website, and placing 2 calls to them, I never heard back from them. Completely non-responsive.

Chris did a great job of rewiring multiple locations in an existing home to accommodate an upgrade in internet services. He was very professional throughout the process and made every effort to complete the new connections as if they had been there at the time of the homes construction. All materials used were professional grade and Chris had excellent working knowledge of what was required to insure top performance. On completion, new services and equipment were installed without any wiring related issues. I would certainly recommend Chris and plan to use him again in the future. Be prepared to be patient. Good contractors experience high demand so you might have to wait your turn in the queue.

Chris was absolutely exceptional in his service. Although slightly late due to other circumstances, and a bit of a talker, it was not a problem because the work he did was fast and efficient. I had the materials needed to finish this job already, and he showed me exactly what I had done wrong. He even provided me with his recommendations for future work, so I could do them. Because of his work ethic and efficiency, I will hire him again in a couple of months to come back and do the work he suggested. I think it will definitely be better for our network, and a much better job than I would do myself.

If you are looking for PERFECTION, this is the company to call. Chris and his assistant made sure every thing was level ... and I don't mean the bubble was within the level section...it had to be in the EXACT middle of the middle for him to be happy. After every hole they drilled, out came the shop vac to sweep up debris. Trash was picked up promptly. Chris' suggestions have resulted in convenience and discreetly placed jacks. He even added an additional conduit behind the TV for future use should we need to add more cables or devices. He really knows what he is doing. I would very highly recommend Certified Wiring Solutions without hesitation.

Chris was very responsive and provided many options to fix my spotty internet coverage. He installed a very effective, clean, and economic solution and now we have fast wireless internet throughout the entire house.

Chris did a great job! The speaker wiring was very challenging because 5 of the 7 locations were exterior walls, of which 3 were difficult to reach, due to very shallow attic space. And it is so hard to find somebody willing to run Ethernet to rooms in the house too!

We were moving to the new office, so needed a rewiring work for internet/phone lines (relocating the entire wiring panel). Chris visited on the scheduled date and did a successful rewiring work in the new location. A few days later, Comcast visited, and afterwards, the fax machine did not work and two phone lines mixed up. Chris visited our office again all the way from Cypress (we are located near Bellaire) to fix the problem and make sure that everything was fine. During the work, he was very pleasant and patient even though he had to wait a bit for some issues in the office before he could start working. He is very professional and reliable.

Chris and Kristina arrived on time to gave us a description of the work required and provided a detailed cost estimate via email shortly after to which they adhered. At my request, Chris researched and purchased upgraded additional equipment charging us at cost only. All wiring and outlets were done neatly and the primary control panel was installed professionally. The few holes cut into the walls to allow wire to be run were patched and tidy. They also got our projector and surround sound back up and running. Along with setting up all current and new TVs, Chris provided 10 additional RJ45 Cat6 cables at no charge for us to use later. Regretfully I must give Certified Wiring Solutions a B for punctionality because they arrived consistently several hours late each day because they were juggling other jobs. To their credit, they worked late into the night to finish the job one day earlier than promised. I asked Chris and Kristina at the beginning of the job to give us "screaming fast" and consistent internet throughout our 4300 sq ft house. They did that and we are a satisfied customer.

When we renovated our house 11 years ago, we had a central "Home Run" box installed. All the wiring for the house telephone, cable & network comes into the box and then goes out throughout the house. It was a tangled rats' nest of wires and not all of them were labeled. When our phone went out after the Satellite people were here to upgrade our system, I thought something had gotten disconnected. After troubleshooting the the telephone system, it was apparent that something was wrong somewhere between where the phone line came in, and where it got distributed throughout the house. Not something I was prepared to figure out or fix. I called Chris on Saturday and told him the situation and what I'd already tried, and he tried to give me advice over the phone so that he wouldn't have to charge me anything. When it became obvious that there was an inherent problem with the system, he said he was working on my side of town and would probably be able to come out that afternoon or Sunday. I told him to call me when he was available. He called that afternoon, but I wasn't available. He said he had a job Sunday morning , but should be done by 11. He called at 11, showed up at 12 with his assistant/wife and proceeded to turn my tangled mess of useless wires into a beautifully organized, functioning, central "structured wiring system". He climbed into my very tight attic, pulled all the wires through, organized them, re-thread them through the wall box, connected all the phone lines through our MagicJack; all the ethernet cables through our modem & router, all the satellite cables through the splitter. All lines were labeled clearly, tied together and placed into the "Home Run" box neatly. It is now a thing of beauty, instead of a constant reminder that I needed "to get that thing organized". They basically spent their free Sunday afternoon working to make my life better. THANK YOU!

Everything went very well. Chris and Kristina were punctual and professional. They were able to come to my home very quickly and get the job done fast. They cleaned up any messes that were made. The internet in my office is now much faster because i'm not relying on WiFi.
