Restored 9 year grout in high traffic areas to about 90% of its original color.

Many positives (prompt, courteous) Technicians got in a bit of a hurry and got water on an adjacent floor causing some damage. The company has been very active in trying to correct the damage but certainly, all concerned wish the damage hadn’t occurred.

Tech was polite and safety conscious.

Archer Carpet cleaning was very professional & did a great job.

Came out to do an overall as well as get some set-in stains out. Some of the stains didn't come out and had to be treated with a chemical that takes awhile to work, so we will see on those problem spots

Paul was great, when he arrived he walked me through their process and what he would be doing then he got right to work. He was quick and did a great job I will definitely use Archer again.

I hired Archer Carpet as well as a house cleaning service from Home Advisor for a one time move-out cleaning of a rental. I was not present to verify so I can only assume they did a great job because I received my FULL security deposit back from the property mgmt. company we were renting from which was awesome. They also left a receipt in the house as requested.
